TARIFNAME BELIRLENEN BIR TARIHTE ARAYAN GSM NUMARA BILGISINE ERISILMESINI SAGLAYAN BIR SISTEM Teknik Alan Bu bulus, telekom müsterisinin kendi merak ettigi bir zaman dilimi içerisinde kendisini arayan GSM numaralarini ögrenmesini saglayan bir sistem ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Günümüzde, bir abone kendisini arayan numaralar tarafindan ulasilamadigi bir durumda kendisini arayan numaralarin bilgisine, cevapsiz aramalari ileten sms aboneligi var ise GSM operatörleri tarafindan erisebilmektedir. Genel olarak bu servislere abone olunmakta ve bu servisler müsteriler tarafindan satin alinmaktadir. Ancak bu hizmeti satin almayip, kisinin kendisinin ögrenmek istedigi belirli bir zaman araliginda, daha uygun bir bütçe ile satin alinabilecek arayan bilgilerini ileten bir servis mevcut degildir. Bu sebeple mevcut teknikte bulunan çalismalar ve eksiklikler göz önünde bulunduruldugunda, abone zorunlulugu olmaksizin müsterinin kendi merak ettigi bir zaman dilimi içerisinde kendisini arayan GSM numaralarini ögrenmesini saglayan bir sisteme ihtiyaç duyuldugu anlasilmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yer alan CN104935736 sayili Çin patent dokümaninda cevapsiz çagri sisteminden bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu Çin patent dokümanina konu olan bulusta cevapsiz çagrilarin islenmesi için bir yöntemden ve bir cihazdan bahsedilmektedir. Bulus, cevapsiz çagrilarin islenmesine yönelik bir yöntem ve bir cihaz ile ilgilidir. Yöntem asagidaki adimlari içermektedir: bir çagri kaydindaki cevapsiz çagri kaydinin okunmasi; burada cevapsiz çagri kaydinda yer alan arayan numarasi, bir "cevapsiz" etiketiyle isaretlenir; bir kullanici tarafindan cevapsiz çagri kaydi üzerindeki isleme isleminin tespit edilmesi; isleme isleminin bir ayrinti görüntüleme islemi olmasi halinde, arayan numaranin 'kaçirilan' etiketinin ortadan kaldirilmasi; ve isleme islemi bir arama yapma islemi oldugunda, bir arama yapma islemine karsilik gelen bir aramanin yanitlanip yanitlanmadigina karar verilmesi ve arama yapma islemine karsilik gelen aramanin yanitlanmasi durumunda arayan numarasinin "kaçirilan" etiketinin ortadan kaldirilmasi. Bu temel kavramlar etrafinda, bulus konusu "Belirlenen Bir Tarihte Arayan GSM Numara Bilgisine Erisilmesini Saglayan Bir Sistem (1)" ile ilgili çok çesitli uygulamalarin gelistirilmesi mümkün olup, bulus burada açiklanan örneklerle sinirlandirilamaz, esas olarak istemlerde belirtildigi gibidir. Prior Art Nowadays, in a situation where a subscriber cannot be reached by the numbers calling him, the information of the numbers calling him can be accessed by GSM operators if he has an SMS subscription that forwards missed calls. Generally, these services are subscribed to and purchased by customers. However, there is no service that transmits caller information that can be purchased within a certain time interval and with a more affordable budget, if the person does not purchase this service and wants to learn it himself. For this reason, considering the studies and deficiencies in the current technique, it is understood that there is a need for a system that allows the customer to learn the GSM numbers calling him within a time period of his own interest, without the obligation of a subscriber. The missed call system is mentioned in the Chinese patent document numbered CN104935736, which is in the state of the art. The invention, which is the subject of the Chinese patent document in question, mentions a method and a device for processing missed calls.
