TARFNAME Dökümden Mamul Asansör Ray Pateninde Yenilik TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, asansör sistemlerinde kabinlerin ve karsi agirligin asagi- yukari yönlü seyri sirasinda düzgün dogrusal hareket yapmasini saglamak amaciyla, asansör boslugundaki sabit raylar üzerinde kilavuzlanan dökümden mamul asansör ray pateni ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle bahsedilen döküm ray pateninin, plastik muhteviyatli döküm paten pabucu ve sac paten pabucunun her ikisine uyumlu olmasi ile ilgilidir. TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU Günümüzde asansörlerde, asansör kabinin ve karsi agirligin, asansör kuyusunda bulunan raylar üzerinde seyir mesafesi boyunca düzgün dogrusal hareket yapmasini saglamak amaciyla ray patenleri kullanilmaktadir. Söz konusu patenler plastik, döküm ya da saç malzemeden üretilebilmektedir. Döküm ray patenlerin asansörlerin hareket hizlarina bagli olarak farkli modellemeleri olarak tanimlanmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda genellikle düsük hizlar için döküm paten kullanilmakta olup, orta ve yüksek hizlarda sac paten kullanilmaktadir. Bilinen teknikteki döküm patenlerde karsilasilan en büyük teknik problemlerden biri; paten içerisine ray üzerindeki sürtünmeyi azaltmak ve asinmayi engellemek üzere konumlandirilan plastik türevi malzemelerden mamul pabuçlarin sac patenlerde kullanilan tipinin, döküm paten gövdesine yerlestirilememesidir. Buna bagli olarak standart olarak sac patenlerde kullanilan plastik pabuç, döner döküm patenlerde kullanilamamaktadir. Buda üretim asamasi sac patenlere göre güç olan döküm patenler için ekstra bir dezavantaj olusturmakta olup, döküm patenlerin sac patenlerin yerine kullanilabilmesi için, sac paten pabuçlarina uyumlu ikinci bir tip döküm paten üretilmesine neden olmaktadir. Sonuç olarak yukaridaki problemlerin varligi ve mevcut çözümlerin yetersizliginde hem sac patenlerde kullanilan plastik pabuçlara hem de standart döküm patenlerin pabuçlarina uyumlu modüler döküm paten ile ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapmayi zorunlu kilmistir. BULUSUN AMACI Mevcut bulus, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren döküm asansör ray pateni ile ilgilidir. Bulusun ana amaci asansör sistemlerinde kabinlerin ve karsi agirligin asagi- yukari yönlü seyri sirasinda düzgün dogrusal hareket yapmasini saglamak amaciyla, asansör boslugundaki sabit raylar üzerinde kilavuzlanan, plastik muhteviyatli döküm paten pabucu ve sac paten pabucunun her ikisine uyumlu dökümden mamul tek tip asansör ray paten ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun amaci mevcutta genellikle düsük hizlardaki asansörlerde kullanilan döküm patenlerin, orta ve yüksek hizlara sahip asansörlerde sac patenler yerine kullanilabilmesini saglamaktir. Böylece orta ve yüksek hizli asansörlerde kullanilabilecek olan döküm paten sayesinde; hareket esnasinda olusan vibrasyonlar sönümlenebilecek ve daha konforlu bir seyir saglanabilecektir. Bulusun diger bir amaci standart döküm ray patenlerine ek olarak sac paten pabuçlarina uyum saglayan ikinci bir döküm paten üretiminin önüne geçen, iki plastik muhteviyatli pabuç tipine de uyumlu tek tip asansör ray paten ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun yapisal ve karakteristik özellikleri ve tüm avantajlari asagida verilen sekiller ve bu sekillere atiflar yapilmak suretiyle yazilan detayli açiklama sayesinde daha net olarak anlasilacaktir ve bu nedenle degerlendirmenin de bu sekilleri ve detayli açiklama göz önüne alinarak yapilmasi gerekmektedir. Bunlar; tüm unsurlarin üzerine montajlandigi, patenin merkezlenmesini saglayan dis gövde (20), bahsedilen dis gövde (20) üzerine irtibatlandirilan ve kilavuz raylar üzerinde sistemin hareketini saglayan sac/döküm paten pabucu (30,40), dis gövde (20) üzerine, sac/döküm paten pabucu (30,40) ortada kalacak sekilde konumlandirilan gövde (10) ihtiva etmektedir. Bulusa konu döküm asansör pateni (A) temel olarak yenilige konu kismi gövde (10) içerisinde muhtelif konumlarda ve sayilarda olusturulmus montaj bosluklaridir (11). Söz konusu gövde (10) içerisine var olan uygulamalarda yalnizca döküm paten pabucu (40) konumlanabilmekteydi. Tasarlanan yeni gövde (10) yapisi ile sac paten pabucunun (30) konumlanabilmesi saglanmistir. Yenilige konu gövde (10) üç duvarinin tamaminda ve/veya herhangi ikisinde ve/veya herhangi birinde, sac paten pabucu (30) üzerindeki montaj çikintilarinin (31) içerisine geçebilecegi ebatlarda en az bir adet montaj boslugu (11) olusturulmustur. Söz konusu montaj boslugu (11)farkli ebat ve geometrilerde olabilmektedir. Paten dis gövdesi (20) asansör kabinine montaj edilir. Paten dis gövdesi (20) ve gövdesi (10) birlestirilir. Asansörün hizina bagli olarak sac/döküm paten pabuçlarindan (30,40) uygun olani gövde (10) içerisine yerlestirilir. Dolayisiyla böyle yapilanmalarin yenilik ve özellikle teknigin bilinen durumunun asilmasi kriterinden yoksun olacagi da asikardir. The invention is particularly related to the compatibility of the said cast rail skate with both the plastic-containing cast skate shoe and the sheet metal skate shoe. KNOWN STATE OF THE ART Today, rail skates are used in elevators to ensure that the elevator car and the counterweight move smoothly along the travel distance on the rails in the elevator shaft. The skates in question can be produced from plastic, cast or sheet metal. Cast rail skates are defined as different models depending on the movement speed of the elevators. In the known state of the technique, cast skates are generally used for low speeds, and sheet skates are used for medium and high speeds. One of the biggest technical problems encountered in cast skates in the known technique; The type used in sheet skates, made of plastic-derived materials positioned inside the skate to reduce friction on the rail and prevent wear, cannot be placed on the cast skate body. Accordingly, the plastic shoe used as standard in sheet metal skates cannot be used in rotary cast skates. This creates an extra disadvantage for cast skates, whose production phase is more difficult than sheet metal skates, and causes a second type of cast skates to be produced that are compatible with sheet metal skate shoes, so that cast skates can be used instead of sheet metal skates. As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions necessitated a technical development in the technical field of modular cast skates, which are compatible with both the plastic shoes used in sheet skates and the shoes of standard cast skates. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cast elevator rail skate that meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a uniform elevator rail skate made of cast compatible with both plastic-containing cast skate shoes and sheet metal skate shoes, which are guided on fixed rails in the elevator shaft, in order to ensure smooth linear movement during the upward and downward movement of the cabins and the counterweight in elevator systems. . The purpose of the invention is to ensure that cast skates, which are currently generally used in low-speed elevators, can be used instead of sheet metal skates in elevators with medium and high speeds. Thus, thanks to the cast skate that can be used in medium and high speed elevators; Vibrations occurring during movement can be dampened and a more comfortable journey can be provided. Another purpose of the invention is to produce a single type of elevator rail skate that is compatible with two plastic-containing shoe types, in addition to standard cast rail skates, which avoids the production of a second cast skate that is compatible with sheet metal skate shoes.
