TARIFNAME HAVA ALAN SÜTYEN YAPILANMASI Teknik Alan Bulus, hava alan sütyen yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, kullanicilarin kullandiklari zaman gögüs bölgelerinin nefes almasina olanak saglayan hava alan sütyen yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun Altyapisi Sütyen, kadinlar tarafindan meme ve gögüsleri örtmek, desteklemek ve kaldirmakta kullanilan bir giyecektir. Genelde iç çamasiri sayilmakla beraber özellikle giyenin vücut hatlarini belirlemesi nedeniyle temel bir giyecek olarak da nitelendirilmektedir. Kullanicilar farkli renk beden ve desende sütyenleri ihtiyaçlari dogrultusunda kullanmaktadirlar. Rahatliktan daha çok estetigin ön planda tutuldugu sütyenlerde en büyük problemler tam da bu noktada ortaya çikmaktadir. Özellikle uzun süreli kullanimlarda sütyen, gözenekleri tikayarak sivilce olusumunu hizlandirmaktadir. Fazla siki ve rahatsiz sütyenler bel, boyun agrisi, meme agrisi ve ciltte tahris gibi sonuçlar dogurabiliyor. Bunun yani sira kan dolasimini yavaslatan ve kas dokusunu kilitleyen ürünler memenin dogal yapisini bozabilmektedir. Yasanan en büyük problem ise sütyen takildiginda gögüs bölgelerinin nefes almamasi yani havasiz kalmasidir. Bu havasizlik sebebiyle ciltte ciddi rahatsizliklar meydana gelebilmektedir. Bahsedilen basvuruda sütyen üretimi için bir yöntem ifsa edilmektedir. Literatürde Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu kayitlarinda TR 2019 04492 numarali faydali model basvurusunda konu ile ilgili olarak "Bulus, kabin dis kisminda pamuk ve elastan karisimindan mamul kumastan dis katman, bahsedilen kabin iç kisminda pamuk ve/veya viskon lifi ve polyester karisimindan mamul kumastan iç katman içermesi ile karakterize edilen iki adet gögüs bölgesi içeren, bahsedilen iki gögüs bölgesini birbiri ile irtibatlayan baglanti bölgesine sahip, alt bölümde mide bölgesi içeren yekpare bir kap içeren daha fazla nem alan ve daha az bakteri tutan konforu artirilmis toparlayici özellikte bir sütyen ile ilgilidir." ifadelerine yer verilmektedir. Bahsedilen basvuruda ise pamuk iç yüzeye sahip toparlayici bir sütyen ifsa edilmektedir. Yine literatürde Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu kayitlarinda EP2670264B1 numarali Avrupa Patent belgesinde konu ile ilgili olarak "Yatarak uyku veya dinlenme sirasinda kullanilmak için sütyen formundaki bir üst giysisi birbirine baglanan ve bir gögüs ortasi paneli olusturan, ilgili gögsü en azindan kismen saran iki kenar çerçevesi parçasindan olusan bir kenar çerçevesi, bir gögüs alti bant düzenegi ve gögüs alti bant düzenegi ve kenar çerçevesi parçalariyla baglanan bir aski düzenegiyle donatilmistir."
