Abstract
Bu buluş, üremeye yardımcı tedavi merkezlerindeki tüp bebek laboratuarlarında kullanılan bir denüdasyon pipet aparatı (3) ile ilgilidir. Kullanım aşamasında pipet tabancasına (1), harici bir ön işlem yapmadan ve sıkı geçme çalışma prensibi ile takılmasına olanak veren denüdasyon pipet aparatı (3) ile işlem yapma aşamasında kullanıcılara ergonomik bir kullanım sağlanmaktadır.This invention relates to a denudation pipette apparatus (3) used in in vitro fertilization laboratories in assisted reproductive treatment centers. TARIFNAME BIR DENÜDASYON PIPET APARATI Teknik Alan Bu bulus, üremeye yardimci tedavi merkezlerindeki tüp bebek laboratuarlarinda kullanilan bir denüdasyon pipet aparati ile ilgilidir. Kullanim asamasinda pipet tabancasina, harici bir ön islem yapmadan ve siki geçme çalisma prensibi ile takilmasina olanak veren denüdasyon pipet aparati ile islem yapma asamasinda kullanicilara ergonomik bir kullanim saglanmaktadir. Önceki Teknik Günümüzde üremeye yardimci tedavi merkezlerindeki laboratuarlarda yumurta toplama islemi sonrasi elde edilen yumurtalar çevrelerinde kumulus adi verilen bir hücre tabakasiyla alinmaktadir. Gerekli islemlerden sonra kumulus tabakasi denüdasyon pipetlerle mekanik olarak bu hücrelerden ayristirilarak yumurtalarin matürasyonlari degerlendirilmesi saglanmaktadir. Kisaca bahsedilen islemlerin yapilmasin denüdasyon pipetleri bir pipet tabancasina takilmaktadir. Böylelikle tabancaya tahrik verilmesi ile denüdasyon pipeti yumurtayi çekerek yumurta tasima islemi veya yumurta disi mukaza temizleme isleminin yapilmasini saglamaktadir. Bahsedilen islemler yapilirken; Kullanicinin bir cam denüdasyon pipeti hazirlama asamasi (cam mili bir ocakta isitarak ve akabinde sekillendirerek) ve daha sonrasina elle manüel bir biçimde hazirladigi denüdasyon pipetini tabancaya yerlestirilmesi ile tertibatlanma çalismaya hazir hale getirilmektedir. Yapilan bu 2 islemler hem hata payi ve hem de zamandan kayip ile ergonomik bir biçimde tamamlanamamaktadir. Yukarida da bahsedildigi gibi mevcuttaki teknik sorun; Kullanicilar tarafindan önceden pipetin harici bir ön islem sonucu hazirlanmasi ve elle pipet tabancasina monte edilerek kullanima hazir hale gelmesidir. Bulusumuzla getirilen teknik çözüm ise; Siki geçme ile tek hamlede pipetin, tabancaya takilmasi ile kullanima hazir hale getirilmesi ile hem insan gücünden ve hem de zamandan kazanim saglayarak ergonomik bir kullanim getirilmesidir. Bulusun Açiklamasi Bu bulusun amaçlarina ulasmak için gerçeklestirilen denüdasyon pipet aparati ve anlatimda bahsedilen pipet tabancasi, tasima kabi ekli sekillerde gösterilmistir. Bu sekillerden; Sekil–1 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatinin bir görünümüdür. Sekil–2 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatinin parçalarinin patlatilmis halinin bir görünümüdür. Sekil–3 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatinin, bir pipet tabancasina monte edilmis halinin bir görünümüdür. Sekil–4 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatlarinin, kullanim öncesi barindirildigi tasima kabinin üstten bir görünümüdür. 3 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatini olusturan ve anlatimda bahsedilen diger parçalar ekli sekillerde asagidaki gibi numaralandirilmistir: 1- Pipet Tabancasi 1.1 Pipet tabancasi ucu 2- Tasima Kabi 3- Denüdasyon pipet aparati 3.1 Pipet tutucu 3.2 Pipet ucu 3.1.1 Agiz Kismi Laboratuar ortaminda herhangi bir harici ön islem gerektirmeden ve pipet tabancasina (1), tasima kabi (2) içerisinden tek hamle ile takilarak kullanicilara ergonomik bir kullanim saglayan, - Pipet tutucuya (3.1) monte edilen ve yumurtalarin kaptan pipet tabancasi (1) iç kismina çekilmesinde ve tekrar kaba birakilmasinda islev gören bir pipet ucuna (3.2) Ve - Pipet ucunu (3.2) tasiyan ve kullanicilar tarafindan pipet tabancasi (1) ile üst kisminda yer alan agiz kismina (3.1.1) baski kuvveti uygulandiginda, pipet tabancasinin ucuna (1.1) siki geçme prensibi ile oturtulan bir pipet tutucusuna (3.1) sahip denüdasyon pipet aparati (1) içermektedir. 4 Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatina (1) ait pipet ucu (3.2) mevcut teknikte harici ön islem ile üretilen pipet standart ölçütleri ve islevleri ile ayni yapidadir. Tercihen plastik malzemeden üretilmektedir, kullanici istegine bagli olarak cam malzemeden de üretilebilmektedir. Bulus konusu denüdasyon pipet aparatina (1) ait pipet ucu (3.2), herhangi bir harici ön islem gereksinimi olmadan hazir bir biçimde pipet tutucusuna (3.1) monte bir sekilde tasima kabi (2) içerisinde muhafaza edilmektedir. Islem yapilacagi zaman pipet tabancasi (1), tasima kutusu (2) içinde dikey olarak kullanima hazir bulunan pipet aparati (1) birinin üstüne, pipet tabancasinin ucu (1.1) ile agiz kismi (3.1.1) denk gelecek sekilde baski kuvveti uygulanmasi ile montaj tamamlanmaktadir. Böylelikle tek hamle ile ve hacri bir ön islem yapilmaksizin ergonomik bir kullanim saglanmaktadir. TR TR DESCRIPTION A DENUDATION PIPETTE APPARATUS Technical Field This invention relates to a denudation pipette apparatus used in in vitro fertilization laboratories in assisted reproductive treatment centers. The denudation pipette apparatus, which allows it to be attached to the pipette gun without any external pre-treatment and with the tight-fitting working principle, provides ergonomic use to the users during the process. Prior Art Today, the eggs obtained after the egg collection process in the laboratories of reproductive treatment centers are collected with a cell layer around them called cumulus. After the necessary procedures, the cumulus layer is mechanically separated from these cells with denudation pipettes and the maturation of the eggs is evaluated. Briefly, before performing the mentioned procedures, denudation pipettes are attached to a pipette gun. Thus, by driving the gun, the denudation pipette pulls the egg, allowing the egg transport process or the cleaning of the outer egg mucosa to be carried out. While the mentioned operations are carried out; The apparatus is made ready for operation by the user preparing a glass denudation pipette (by heating the glass shaft in a furnace and subsequently shaping it) and then placing the manually prepared denudation pipette into the gun. These two operations cannot be completed in an ergonomic manner with both a margin of error and loss of time. As mentioned above, the current technical problem; It means that the pipette is prepared by the users as a result of an external pre-treatment and is ready for use by manually mounting it on the pipette gun. The technical solution brought by our invention is; By attaching the pipette to the gun in a single move with a tight fit, it is made ready for use, thus providing an ergonomic use by saving both manpower and time. Description of the Invention The denudation pipette apparatus developed to achieve the objectives of this invention and the pipette gun and carrying container mentioned in the description are shown in the attached figures. Of these shapes; Figure–1 is a view of the denudation pipette apparatus subject to the invention. Figure–2 is an exploded view of the parts of the denudation pipette apparatus subject to the invention. Figure–3 is a view of the denudation pipette apparatus of the invention mounted on a pipette gun. Figure–4 is a top view of the carrying cabinet where the denudation pipette apparatus of the invention is housed before use. 3 Other parts that constitute the denudation pipette apparatus of the invention and mentioned in the description are numbered as follows in the attached figures: 1- Pipette Gun 1.1 Pipette gun tip 2- Carrying Container 3- Denudation pipette apparatus 3.1 Pipette holder 3.2 Pipette tip 3.1.1 Mouth Part It provides ergonomic use to the users by attaching it to the pipette gun (1) with a single move from the carrying container (2) without requiring external pre-treatment, - It is mounted on the pipette holder (3.1) and is used for pulling the eggs from the container to the inside of the pipette gun (1) and dropping them back into the container. - When a pressure force is applied to the mouth part (3.1.1) located on the upper part of the pipette gun (1) by the users, which carries the pipette tip (3.2), it is attached to the tip of the pipette gun (1.1) with the principle of tight fit. It contains a denudation pipette apparatus (1) with a fitted pipette holder (3.1). 4 The pipette tip (3.2) of the denudation pipette apparatus (1) which is the subject of the invention has the same structure as the standard dimensions and functions of the pipette produced with external pre-treatment in the current technique. It is preferably produced from plastic material, but can also be produced from glass material upon user request. The pipette tip (3.2) of the denudation pipette apparatus (1) of the invention is stored in the carrying container (2), ready-mounted on the pipette holder (3.1), without any external pre-treatment requirement.
