Konu ile ilgili yapilan arastirma sonucunda, TR2013/03083 numarali "Özel katlama sekli ile katlanip tasinabilir bebek mama sandalyesi" baslikli basvuruya rastlanilmistir. Bu basvuruda, mobilya sektöründe kullanilmak üzere, bebeklerin oturtuIdugu masa ile ayni seviyede olan ve ekstra yer kaplayan mama sandalyeIeri yerine, ebeveynlerin yanlarinda tasiyabilecegi, gittikleri her yerde yine mevcut herhangi bir sandalye üzerine kolaylikla monte ve demonte edilerek sabitlenmesiyle islev kazanacak sekilde tasarlanmis bir oturma düzeneginden bahsedilmektedir. Bu oturma düzenegi, sandalye üzerine yerlestirildiginden ve sabitlenmeyi saglayan bir aparat barindirmadigindan bebegin hareket etmesi halinde risk teskil etmektedir. Konu ile ilgili yapilan arastirma sonucunda bulunan diger basvuru, TR2017/14816 numarali "Modüler mama sandalyesi" baslikli basvurudur. Bu basvuruda bahsedilen mama sandalyesinin tüm parçalarinin saglikli plastikten ayri ayri üretilmesi, bu ayri parçalarin hizlica sökülüp takilarak kolay montajlanma kabiliyeti sayesinde mama sandalyesinin hazir hale getirilmesi ve ihtiva ettigi gelistirilmis kilit sistemi ile güvenli bir sekilde kullanilmasi, düsme çarpma aninda sisirme plastik özelligi sayesinde kirilmadigi için çiziklerin, kesiklerin, yaralanmalarin önüne geçilmesi amaçlanmistir.
