TARIFNAME ENDÜSTRIYEL ARABA TIPLI FIRINLARDA ARABA ILE HAREKET EDEN KONUM AYAR MEKANIZMASI Bulusun Ilgili Oldugu Teknik Alan Bulus, endüstriyel araba tipli firinlarda araba ile birlikte hareket eden kapinin kapali konumdayken firin yüzey düzlemiyle kapi yüzey düzlemlerinin birbirlerine paralel sekilde ayarlanmasinin saglanarak yüzeyler arasindaki sizdirmazligin iyilestirilmesi için gelistirilen konum-ayar mekanizmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulus, kapinin konum ayar mekanizmasi ile ilgili olup firin arabasi üzerinde bulunan kapinin asildigi bir kapi destek sasesi, kapinin asilmasi isleVinde kullanilan zincirler, pimler, asma braketleri ve sase üzerinden kapi düzleminin ayarlandigi dört adet ayar braketi, ayar civatalari ve ayar somunlarindan olusmaktadir. Bulusla ilgili Teknigin Bilinen Durumu (Önceki Teknik) Bazi büyük parçali, kütleli ya da ölçekli malzemelerin isil islem firinlarina kolayca yüklenebilmesi için yükleme isleminin disarida yapilmasi gerekir. Endüstriyel araba tipli firinlar, bu sebeple gelistirilmis olup bu firinlarda firin tabani hareketlidir. Taban; refrakter malzemeler ile örülmüstür ve firin içerisine ve disarisina olan hareketini zemindeki raylar üzerinden saglar. Kapi açik, araba tabani disari konumda iken rayli sistem üzerindeki refrakter tuglalarinin üzerine malzeme yüklenir. Ardindan malzeme isil isleme tabi tutulmak üzere firin içerine itilerek firin kapisi kapatilir. Isil islem sonrasi ayni sekilde kapi açilip araba taban sistemi çekilerek malzeme disariya çikarilir. Malzemenin çikartilip tekrar yüklenmesi esnasinda sonra firin kapisinin da açilip kapanmasi islem süresini uzatmaktadir. Kapi açilma ve kapanma sürelerinden kurtularak zaman tasarrufu saglamak adina firin üzerine konumlandirilmis kapilar yerine araba taban üzerinde sabit sekilde konumlandirilmis kapilar kullanilabilmektedir. Böylelikle araba taban firin içerisindeki son konumunu aldigi anda kapi da kapali pozisyona geçmektedir. Ancak kapinin araba taban ile hareket etmesi kapinin kapali pozisyona ulasmasi sonrasinda firin gövdesi ile kapi arasinda hizalama problemlerine sebebiyet verebilmektedir veya uzun süreli kullanimlar sonucunda kapi izolasyon malzemeleri deforme olarak islevselligini yitirebilmekte kapi ile firin gövdesi arasinda sikistirma islemi gerçeklesememekte aralarinda mesafe kalabilmekte veya kapi düzlemi ve firin düzlemi tamamen paralel sekilde de kapanmayabilmektedir. Bu sebeplerle kapi mekanizmasina hareket imkâni saglayarak iki yüzeyin birbirine paralel olmama durumunun giderilmesi ve kapi düzlemi ve firin düzlemi arasindaki mesafenin ayarlanmasi ile izolasyonun sikistirarak sistemdeki sizdirmazligin sürdürülebilmesi hedeflenmistir. Firin kapisinin maruz kaldigi sürtünmeler zaman içerisinde izolasyon malzemesinde deformasyona sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Bu sebeple araba firin içerisindeki son konumuna ulastiginda firin kapisi firin yüzeyi ile tam olarak öitüsmeyebilmekte ve bu durum iki yüzey arasinda sizdirmazligin saglanamamasina neden olabilmektedir. Araba tabanli endüstriyel isil islem firinlarinda kapi sizdirmazliginin saglanmasi için çesitli mekanizmalar uygulanmistir. Bilinen teknikte konum ayari; firin kapisina tekerler monte edilmesi vasitasiyla kapiya araba üzerinde hareket kazandirilmasi ve bir sabit sase üzerinden kapinin konum ayarinin yapilmasini içermektedir. Ancak bu sistem agir yükte çalisacak bu tekerlerin bakim zorlugunu da beraberinde getirmektedir. Mevcut bulus ise endüstriyel araba tabanli isil islem firinin, firin kapisi araba tabani ile birlikte hareket etmekte olup firin kapisi araba tabaninda bulunan sasenin üzerine konumlanan zincir ile sarkitilarak konum ayarini kolaylastiran bir mekanizma olmaktadir. Döner eleman olmamasi sebebi ile bakim ihtiyaçlarinin düsmesi, firin kapisinin firin agzindaki konum ayar mekanizmasini güçlendirmektedir. Bulusun Amaci Mevcut olan bulus, endüstriyel firinlarin kapi mekanizmasinin hizalanmasi ile ilgili mevcut tekniklerin aksine pratik, zaman kaybini önleyen ve maliyetsiz bir sekilde sanayide uygulanmistir. Bulusun ana amaci araba tabani ile birlikte hareket eden firin kapisinin, araba taban firin içerisindeki son konumuna ulastigi esnada firin düzlemi ile arasinda olusmus olabilecek sapmalari ortadan kaldirarak kapida sizdirmazligi saglamaktir. Bulusun diger bir amaci ise bu konum ayarinin daha az maliyetli ve uygulamada kolay bir sistem ile saglanmasidir. State of the Art Regarding the Invention (Prior Art) In order for some large-piece, massive or scaled materials to be easily loaded into heat treatment furnaces, the loading process must be done outside. Industrial car type ovens were developed for this reason and the oven floor is movable in these ovens. Base; It is woven with refractory materials and provides its movement in and out of the oven via rails on the floor. While the door is open and the car floor is in the outward position, the material is loaded onto the refractory bricks on the rail system. The material is then pushed into the oven to be subjected to heat treatment and the oven door is closed. After the heat treatment, the material is taken out by opening the door in the same way and pulling the car base system. Opening and closing the oven door while removing and reloading the material prolongs the process time. In order to save time by eliminating door opening and closing times, doors positioned permanently on the car floor can be used instead of doors positioned on the oven. Thus, as soon as the trolley reaches its final position inside the base oven, the door moves to the closed position. However, the movement of the door with the trolley base may cause alignment problems between the oven body and the door after the door reaches the closed position, or as a result of long-term use, the door insulation materials may deform and lose their functionality, the compression process cannot be achieved between the door and the oven body, there may be a distance between them, or the door plane and the oven plane may not be properly aligned. It may not close completely in parallel. For these reasons, it is aimed to eliminate the situation where the two surfaces are not parallel to each other by providing movement opportunity to the door mechanism and to maintain the tightness in the system by tightening the insulation by adjusting the distance between the door plane and the oven plane. Frictions exposed to the oven door may cause deformation in the insulation material over time. For this reason, when the trolley reaches its final position inside the oven, the oven door may not fully overlap with the oven surface, and this may cause a seal between the two surfaces. Various mechanisms have been implemented to ensure door sealing in trolley-based industrial heat treatment furnaces. Position adjustment in known technique; It involves mounting wheels on the oven door, enabling the door to move on the trolley, and adjusting the position of the door via a fixed chassis. However, this system also brings with it the difficulty of maintaining these wheels that will operate under heavy loads. The present invention is that the oven door of the industrial trolley-based heat treatment furnace moves together with the trolley base, and the oven door is suspended by the chain positioned on the chassis on the trolley base, which is a mechanism that facilitates position adjustment. Since there is no rotating element, maintenance needs are reduced and the position adjustment mechanism of the oven door on the oven mouth is strengthened. Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been applied in industry in a practical, time-saving and cost-free manner, unlike the existing techniques regarding the alignment of the door mechanism of industrial ovens. The main purpose of the invention is to ensure sealing at the door by eliminating the deviations that may occur between the oven door, which moves with the trolley base, and the oven plane when the trolley base reaches its final position inside the oven.
