Literatürde TR 2019/15438 numarali faydali model basvurusunda duvara irtibatli bir kasa üzerinde menteseler vasitasiyla açilip kapanabilen bir kanat içeren çelik kapi yapilanmasindan bahsedilmektedir. Sonuç olarak yukarida anlatilan olumsuzluklardan dolayi ve mevcut çözümlerin konu hakkindaki yetersizligi nedeniyle ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapilmasini gerekli kilmistir. BULUSUN AMACI Mevcut bulus yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilgili teknik alana yeni avantajlar getiren güvenli bir çelik kapi yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun ana amaci; iç ve dis ahsap panel kaplamasi üzerindeki rozet yuvalarinin içe dogru gömmeli olmasi sayesinde kilit bareline levye ve benzeri aletler vasitasiyla müdahale edilmesi engellenen güvenli bir çelik kapi yapilanmasi elde etmektir. Bulusun bir diger amaci; menteseleri ahsap panel pervazlar içine gömülü sekilde olmasi sayesinde estetik görünen ve ayni zamanda disaridan müdahale edilmesi engellenen güvenli bir çelik kapi yapilanmasi elde etmektir. Bulusun bir diger amaci; emniyet mandali yerine kullanilan ek mandal kilit (çocuk kilidi) daha güvenli bir çelik kapi yapilanmasi etmektir. KNOWN STATE OF THE ART (PREVIOUS ART) Steel doors; They are mechanisms that are used to separate the interior space from the exterior space in residences, workplaces or building entrances for the purpose of safety of life and property, generally have a wing that can be opened and closed by means of hinges on a safe attached to the wall, and are also equipped with various types of locking mechanisms and accessories. The most common theft method encountered in steel doors in current technology is to break the lock with crowbars and similar cutting tools. These are protective badges that are attached to the lock barrel in the lock mechanism on the door wing in order to prevent the lock breaking method in question. However, although the rosettes in question make it difficult to directly access the lock barrel, they cannot prevent the barrel from remaining outside the outer wooden panel covering on the wing, and the barrel can be grasped and broken using the barrel breaking device. Therefore, if the protective rosettes and the lock barrel are not embedded into the wing in a way that no device can grasp it, theft by lock breaking method cannot be prevented. The invention is designed to fulfill all the purposes stated above and that can be derived from the detailed explanation; It is related to the structure of a steel door, which is used in residences, workplaces and similar closed spaces, and contains a wing that can be opened and closed by means of hinges on a frame attached to the wall.
