Description

TARIFNAME Ayakkabi Bagcik Tokasi Teknik Alan Bulus, ayakkabi bagcik tokasinda yapilan yenilikle ilgilidir. TR TR DESCRIPTION Shoe Lace Buckle Technical Field The invention is related to the innovation made in shoe lace buckle. With the innovation, a product has been introduced that will enable the lace buckles, which are used as an alternative to tying the laces by hand, to be attached and removed in a practical way and will prevent them from being easily separated during use. Background of the Invention Most of the shoes used today are produced with laces. In order to wear lace-up shoes, the laces must be untied each time and retied after the shoe is worn. The biggest problem with lace-up shoes is that the laces untie and tie with each use. During this process, it is necessary to constantly bend and straighten. This situation creates problems especially in people with spinal disorders, the elderly and children. In order to prevent these problems, shoes with velcro have been produced, but after a while, problems occur with the velcro of such shoes or they do not have an aesthetic appearance like lace-up shoes. In other words, tying and untying laces in existing lace-up shoes causes both a waste of time and health problems. Some studies have been carried out on the current technique to eliminate the mentioned problems. One of these works was the creation of buckles that can be attached to the ends of the laces. In this way, lace buckles were created instead of tying and untying the laces. In some of these solutions, the buckles attached to the ends of the laces are made magnetically. In this way, two separate ends are made in the form of two separate poles, and the laces are connected through magnets that attract each other. However, in such products, it becomes difficult for the magnets to stay together in tight shoes or during fast movements, and this often causes the buckles to separate from each other. At the same time, both product costs and production costs are included in magnetic models. To ensure a stronger connection, larger size magnets must be used. In some products with the current technique, the laces are made of screws, hooks, etc. The connection is provided with the help of additional equipment. In such applications, the lace end is adjusted and cut according to the exact foot size and clamped with one of the mentioned devices. However, in these products, laces are made of screws, hooks, etc. It can be easily removed from the compression of the apparatus by being loosened and deformed. In this case, since the lace ends are deformed and need to be cut again to be re-tied, and since there is no cutting allowance in the lace that was cut to the exact size in the first connection, a new lace must be used each time. This situation creates additional usage problems and additional costs. Purpose of the Invention The aim of the invention, based on the current situation and emerging needs mentioned above, is to produce a practical product that will eliminate the lace untying and tying processes. Another aim of the invention is to produce a product that will eliminate the loss of time that occurs during tying and untying laces and the spine problems caused by bending over for a long time, and will also help people with health problems to tie laces more easily. Another aim of the invention is to produce a product that will prevent the problems of existing practical lace buckles being easily undone and separated from each other during use. Another purpose of the invention is to use screws, hooks, etc. used in some applications. It is to prevent dissolution problems arising from the equipment and the resulting additional costs. Detailed Explanation of the Lace Invention The invention is related to a lace buckle structure that allows the shoe laces to be tied and untied easily and quickly. With this structure, shoelaces can be fastened together without the need to tie them. The lace buckle that is the subject of the invention consists of two parts: female (1) and male (2). Each of these pieces is connected to one end of the lace. In order to ensure this connection, a lace connection slot (3) has been created on both the male part (2) and the female part (1). The lace ends are adjusted in size and cut according to personal preference, and are inserted and fixed into these slots (3). When it is desired to tie the shoelaces, the female piece locking slot (1.1) created at the end of the female piece (1) is inserted into the male piece locking slot (2.1) created at the end of the male piece (2). During this process, the male element (2.2) formed in the male part locking slot (2.1) also passes into the female recess (1.2) in the female part locking slot (1.1). These two structures, that is, the male element (2.2) and the female recess (1.2), are designed to be compatible with each other, such as cylinders, rectangular prisms, triangular prisms, conical, etc., in a way that they will be combined with each other in key-lock harmony and will jam when installed. It was created in the structure. When the female recess (1.2) and the male element (2.2) are fitted together in this way, they are not only jammed, but also serve as a guide for full placement when connecting the female and male parts (1 and 2) and the parts fit into each other completely. A slide channel (1.3) has been opened on one or both sides of the female locking slot to serve as a guide when attaching the female part locking slot (1 . 1) and the male part locking slot (2.1) and to ensure complete locking. Likewise, one or both ends of the male locking slot (2) are formed in the form of a sliding wall (2.3), in a way that is compatible with this channel and allows for sliding and joining inside. During the installation of the lace, this slide wall (2.3) is slid inside the slide channel (1.3) to strengthen the locking with the conical structure. At the same time, an additional structure has been created to prevent the locking buckle from unraveling during use of the shoe. A notch (1.4) is created at the end of the slide channel (1.3) on the female part locking slot (1.1). A fixing tab (2.4) has been created at the end of the bolt wall (2.3) located on the male locking slot (2) to be compatible with this notch (1.4) and to be inserted into the notch (1.4) during locking. With this configuration, while the female (1) and male part (2) are fitted together and locked, the slide wall (2.3) is moved within the slide channel (1.3) and the conical male element (2.2) is placed into the conical female recess (1.2) and the fixing tab (2.4) is fixed. It is installed inside the notch (1.4). In this way, both fixation is ensured and spontaneous disintegration during use is prevented. Among the innovations made in the invention, the slide channel (1.3) and the slide wall (2.3) can be made with different alternatives, one-sided or two-sided. In the current technique, laces are made of screws, hooks, etc. The problems caused by untying the laces on the products to which they are attached with the help of additional apparatus and in this case, attaching new laces each time they are untied, have been solved with the invention. In the current applications mentioned, the lace end is adjusted and cut according to the exact foot size and compressed with one of the mentioned devices. With the invention, different alternative applications have been revealed. In the first application (Figure-5), at least two lace connection slots (3) and at least two lace channels (3.1) extending from these slots to one of the other surfaces were created. One end of this lace channel (3.1) reaches the lace connection slot (3) and the other end reaches the channel lower entrance (3.2). In this application, the lace inserted through the lace connection slot (3) is passed through the channel, removed from the lower entrance of the channel, re-inserted from the lower entrance of the other channel, and passed through the other channel and removed from the lace connection slot at the end of this channel. In this way, the lace is fixed to the buckle without the need for any additional parts. With this application, the size of the lace can be lengthened without being cut to the exact size, allowing it to be lengthened or shortened. Thus, a more useful and size-adjustable lace opportunity is provided compared to products used with zero measurements. In another alternative application of this application, a lace space (3.3) is created instead of the lace channels and at least two lace space lower entries (3.4) are created on one of the other surfaces of the buckle. The lace, which enters the lace space (3.3) from the connection slot (3), is removed from the lower entrance of one space (3.4), re-inserted into the lace space (3.3) from the lower entry of the other space (3.4) and removed from the connection slot (3) (Figure-9). In this way, flexible use of the lace length is enabled, as in other applications. At least one surface of the buckle that is the subject of the invention is decorated with text, shapes, etc. It can be used as the visual surface (4) to be applied. In this way, more personalization will be achieved in the lace buckle. TR TR
