TARIFNAME GIYILEBILIR TABANLIK Bulusun Ilgili Teknik Alan Bu bulus tüm ortopedi, fizik tedavi doktorlari ve ortez uzmanlarinca kullanilmasi önerilen hasta veya saglikli bireylerin hayatin her zamanindan ve her alaninda kullanabilecekleri bir giyilebilir tabanlik ile ilgilidir. Bulus Ile Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Ayak sagligi tüm insanlarin vazgeçilmez bir ihtiyacidir. Ama bazi insanlarin dogustan ayak yapi bozukluklari veya sonradan kaza ve benzeri seylerden dolayi ayak sorunlari olabilmektedir. Ortopedi doktorlari ve ortez uzmanlarinca hazirlanan bazi ayak tabanliklari günümüzde mevcut olup bu tarz sorunlar yasayan insanlar tarafindan kullanilmaktadir. Fakat kullanilan tabanliklar, üretimden sonra kullanacak olan hastanin ayakkabisina monte edilip o ayakkabiya bagimli olarak kullaniciya sunulmaktadir. Hasta farkli bir ayakkabi kullanmak istedigi takdirde yine ayagindaki soruna göre kalibi hazirlanmis tabanlik yaptirmak zorunda olup diger ayakkabisina monte ettirmek zorunda kalmaktadir. Bir diger tabanlik kullanici sorunlarindan biri de kullanicinin tabanligi sadece ayakkabiya bagli oldugu için sadece ayakkabiyi giydigi esnada verim almakta olup ayakkabisini çikardigi zaman tedavisinin yarim kaldigi ve bundan yaralanamadigi görülmektedir. Tabanlik kullanma ihtiyaci olan hastalar günün tamaminda ayakkabi giyemeyecegi için tedavilerinde tam bir basari elde edemeyeceklerdir. Bulusun Amaci Bu bulus tüm ortopedi, fizik tedavi doktorlari ve ortez uzmanlarinca kullanilmasi önerilen hasta veya saglikli bireylerin hayatin her zamanindan ve her alaninda kullanabilecekleri bir giyilebilir tabanlik ile ilgilidir. Bu bulusta kullanicinin ayak yapisina göre tasarimi yapilan ve ayak bölümlerinden medial longitudinal ark, lateral longitudinal ark, transvers ark (metatars ark), topuk epini, mcp, calcaneus bölümleri ,ne özel tasarlanan tabanliklarin ayakkabiya bagimli kalmadan her sartlarda kullanilabilmesi amaçlanmistir. Giyilebilir tabanlik üretimi siradan çorap üretimlerinden çok farkli olmayarak üretimin kolay olmasi üreticilerin kolay üreterek kullaniciya daha hizli bir sekilde sunulmasi amaçlanmistir. Diger tabanliklar kullanicilara sadece ayagin belirli bazi kisimlarina destek sagladiklari için tam olarak yarar saglayamamaktadir. Bu bulusta ise ayak için gerekli bütün destekler hastanin rahatsiz olmayacagi sekilde tedavi etmek ve rahatsizligi olamayan kullanicilarin ayak sagligini korumasi amaciyla üretilmektedir. Bu bulusta kullanici bu giyilebilir tabanligi her sart ve kosulda, her yerde kullanabilmektedir. Kullanici ayakkabi giyecegi zaman istedigi ayakkabi modelini bu tabanligin üzerine giyebilmesi amaçlanmis. Ayakkabi giymedigi esnada örnegin; eV içerisi, yatarken Vb. durumlarda da kullanabilmektedir. Ürünün üretim seçenekleri dolayisiyla bambu kumas, yün, polyester, poliüretan, keten, silikon, Viskon gibi likrali olan Vb. giyilebilir, çorap üretimine uygun olan her hangi bir ürün türünde uygulanmasi amaçlanmistir. Yine destek malzemeleri üstün bir çesitlilik ile kullaniciya tercih seçenekleri ile sunulmasi amaçlanmistir. Bu destek malzeme seçenekleri baslica olarak; kauçuk, plastik, poliüretan, silikon, kumas, mantar, keçe, metal, deri, ahsap Vb. kullanima uygun olan malzeme çesitleriyle kullanicilara sunularak tercih seçeneklerinde çesitlilik amaçlanmistir. Bulusun Detayli Açiklamasi Bulusu detayli açiklamasinda bulus, sadece konun daha iyi anlasilmasina yönelik olarak ve hiçbir sinirlayici etki olusturmayacak sekilde açiklanacaktir. Bu bulus, disi tamamen çorap görünümüne sahip olan, içerisinde gerekli destek bölümleri için cep bulunan ve bu ceplerde medial longitudinal ark, lateral longitudinal ark, transvers ark (metatars ark), topuk epini, mcp, calcaneus bölümlerine göre destek olan, istenilen malzeme çesidine göre destek parçalari barindiran ve bu destek parçalarinin kullanicinin istegi dogrultusunda manuel olarak takilip çikartilabilmesi saglanmaktadir. Bu cepler sayesinde destek malzemeler istenen sekilde çikaitilabilip çorap tabanligin makinede veya istenilen sekilde yikanabilmesi saglanmaktadir. Yine ayni sekilde kullanicinin tercihine göre cepsiz bir sekilde içerisinde destek parçalarinin kapali bir sekilde bulunmasi kullanicinin tercihine sunulmasi saglanmaktadir. Bulusun üretim yöntemlerinde kullanilan giyilebilir malzemeler ile üretilmesi bu malzemelerin bambu kumas, yün, polyester, poliüretan, keten, silikon, Viskon gibi likrali olan Vb. giyilebilir, çorap üretimine uygun olan her hangi bir ürün türünde olmasi ile üretilebilmektedir. Bulusun kauçuk, plastik, poliüretan, silikon, kumas, mantar, keçe, metal, deri, ahsap Vb. kullanima uygun olan malzeme çesitleriyle kullaniciya uygun olarak üretilebilmektedir. Known Status of Invention and Technology Foot health is an indispensable need of all people. But some people may have congenital foot structure disorders or later foot problems due to accidents and similar things. Some foot insoles prepared by orthopedic doctors and orthotists are available today and are used by people experiencing such problems. However, the insoles used are mounted on the shoes of the patient who will use them after production and presented to the user depending on that shoe. If the patient wants to use a different shoe, he/she has to have insoles molded according to the problem in his/her foot and have them mounted on the other shoe. Another insole user problem is that since the user's insoles are only attached to the shoe, the user is only effective while wearing the shoe, and when he takes off his shoe, his treatment is left unfinished and he cannot benefit from it. Patients who need to use insoles will not be able to achieve full success in their treatment as they will not be able to wear shoes throughout the day. Purpose of the Invention: This invention is about a wearable insole that is recommended for use by all orthopedists, physical therapists and orthotists and can be used by patients or healthy individuals at any time and in all areas of life. In this invention, it is aimed that the insoles, which are designed according to the foot structure of the user and specially designed for the foot sections such as medial longitudinal arch, lateral longitudinal arch, transverse arch (metatarsal arch), heel epine, mcp and calcaneus sections, can be used in all conditions without being dependent on the shoes. Wearable insoles production is not much different from ordinary socks production, it is aimed to be easy to produce and to be presented to the user more quickly by making it easier for manufacturers to produce. Other insoles cannot provide full benefits to users as they only provide support to certain parts of the foot. In this invention, all necessary supports for the foot are produced in order to treat the patient in a way that does not cause discomfort and to protect the foot health of users who do not have any discomfort. In this invention, the user can use this wearable insole under any circumstances and conditions, anywhere. It is intended that the user will be able to wear any shoe model he/she wants on these insoles. For example, when not wearing shoes; eV inside, lying down Etc. These support material options are mainly; rubber, plastic, polyurethane, silicone, fabric, cork, felt, metal, leather, wood etc. It is aimed to provide users with variety of choice options by presenting them with a variety of materials suitable for use. Detailed Description of the Invention In the detailed description of the invention, the invention will be explained only for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that will not create any limiting effect. This invention has a completely sock appearance on the outside, has pockets for the necessary support parts, and in these pockets, medial longitudinal arch, lateral longitudinal arch, transverse arch (metatarsal arch), heel epini, mcp, calcaneus parts are supported, according to the desired material type. It contains support parts and these support parts can be installed and removed manually at the user's request. Thanks to these pockets, the support materials can be removed as desired and the sock insoles can be washed in the machine or as desired. Similarly, according to the user's preference, it is possible to have the support pieces inside without pockets or in a closed form. The invention is produced with wearable materials used in the production methods, such as bamboo fabric, wool, polyester, polyurethane, linen, silicone, viscose, lycra etc. It can be produced in any type of product that is wearable and suitable for sock production. Invent rubber, plastic, polyurethane, silicone, fabric, cork, felt, metal, leather, wood etc. It can be produced to suit the user with a variety of materials suitable for use.
