Teknigin Bilinen Durumu: Günümüzde, basta sirketler ve egitim kurumlari olmak üzere açik kapali bütün alanlarda egitim ve toplanti sirasinda portatif veya sabit yazi tahtalari kullanilmaktadir. Bilinen teknikte kullanilan yazi tahtalari sadece yazi yazma ve silme özelliklerine sahiptir. Ilave islev ve faydalari bulunmamaktadir. Bilinen teknikte, duvara monte edilen sabit tahtalar kullanilmaktadir. Bu durumda duvarlara zarar verilmektedir. Bu tahtalarin en büyük dezavantaji tasinabilir olmamasidir. Bu nedenle portatif tahtalar gelistirilmistir. Yukarida anlatilan dezavantajlar disinda yazi tahtalari sadece yazi yazma ve silme islevlerine sahiptir. Bu yazi tahtalarinin dezavantaji sadece elektrostatik özellikle tutturulma (kisa süreli tutunma) saglanmasidir. Mevcut bulus elektrostatik özellik ile degil yapiskan özellikli yüzeyi üzerinden yüzeylere uygulanmaktadir. Yapilan literatür arastirmasinda karsilasilan TR 2016/13188 numarali faydali model dokümaninda, kapali/açik alanlarda bulunan duvar, beton, siva, fayans, mermer, ahsap kaplama, kumas kaplama, cam olmak üzere tüm düz yüzeylere bünyesinde bulunan negatif yüklü statik elektrik vasitasiyla her iki yüzeyinden tutunarak üzerine yazi yazilip silinen, kullanim sonrasi rulo halde katlanarak kutusu içerisine konumlandirilan, tasinabilir yapida PVC, naylon, kagit malzemelerinin herhangi birinden mamul mobil tahtadan bahsedilmektedir. Bahsedilen ürün mevcut bulusta yer alan laminasyon ile olusturulmus yapiskan özellikli yumusak katmani içermemektedir. Yapilan literatür arastirmasinda karsilasilan EP numarali Avrupa patent dokümaninda, elektrostatik yükle yüklenmis, bu sayede yüzeylere tutturulabilen, poliolefin malzemeden mamul bir serit ürünün kullanimi ile ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir. Bahsedilen dokümanda mevcut bulusta yer alan laminasyon ile olusturulmus yapiskan özellikli yumusak katman yer almamaktadir. Yapilan literatür arastirmasinda karsilasilan CN201970509 numarali Çin patent dokümaninda tutkal ve statik elektrik ile yüklenmis, seffaf plastik film malzemeden mamul bir ürün tarif edilmektedir. Bu ürün, buzdolabi, duvar ve benzeri yüzeylere yapistirilarak kullanilmaktadir. Bahsedilen film malzeme üzerine yazi yazilabilmekte ve silinebilmektedir. D1 dokümanindaki bulusun ön yüzeyi pürüzsüz olarak tasarlanmis olup, arka yüzeyinden statik elektrikle yükleme sayesinde duvar ve benzeri yapilara tutturulabilmesi saglanmistir.
