Description

TARIFNAME DIKEY YÖNDE AYARLANABILEN VE KATLANARAK HAREKET EDEBILEN SÜRGÜ YAPILANMASI Teknik Alan Bulus, kapaklarin katlanarak açilmasi için mobilyalarda yapilandirilan ray mekanizmalarinda hareket eden sürgü yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulus özellikle, gardirop kapaklarinin yatay düzlemde katlanarak açilmasi ve ray profili içerisinde kayarak hareket edebilmesi için katlanan bir sürgü yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde özellikle büyük sehirlerde nüfusun artmasi ile birlikte barinma ihtiyacinin karsilanmasi için mevcut imar alanlari daha fazla insanin ihtiyacini karsilayacak sekilde degerlendirilmeye baslanmistir. Bunun bir sonucu olarak dikey yerlesim gittikçe artmaktadir. Kat sayisi arttirilan binalarda bulunan evlerin metrekaresi de azaltilarak minimum alanda daha fazla insanin barinma ihtiyacinin karsilanmasi hedeflenmistir. Evlerin kullanilabilir metrekaresinin azalmasi ile birlikte hem fonksiyonel hem de az yer kaplayan mobilyalar tasarlanmaya baslamistir. Özellikle dolap ve çekmece gibi açilmasi için ekstra bos alana ihtiyaç duyulan mobilyalar için yeni kapak sistemleri gelistirilmistir. Birbiri üzerine binerek açilan kayar kapaklar kullanici tarafindan büyük ilgi görmüs ve dar alanlar için islevsel bir çözüm sunmus olsa da kapak çiftinden kullanilmayanin devamli kapali kalmasi dolap içine erisimi zorlastirmaktadir. Bu sorunun giderilmesi amaciyla günümüzde dolap kapaklari ayni eksende katlanabilir ve çift eksende hareketli hale getirilmistir. Mevcut sürgü sistemlerinin en önemli dezavantajlarindan biri, kapaklarin asagi yukari ayar yapilmasi için herhangi bir opsiyonun bulunmamasi veya mekanizmanin ayar yapilmak istendiginde yerinden sökülme zorunlulugudur. Çift eksende hareketli kayar-katlanir dolap kapaklarinin iyilestirilmesi konusunda yapilan çalismalardan biri TR2016/12961 numarali ve "Rulmanli Çift Makarali Katlanir Kapak Mekanizmasi" baslikli patent basvurusuna konu olan bulustur. Bulus, kayar-katlanir tip dolap kapaklarinda veya ofis, ev vb. alanlarda dekoratif ara bölme kapilarinda kullanilan, rulmanli çift makarali katlanir kapak mekanizmasi ile ilgilidir. Bulusta, mekanizma çift rulmanli makaraya sahip olup, tasima kapasitesi arttirilmis ve sessiz çalismasi saglanmistir. Sonuç olarak mevcut teknikte var olan dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran dikey yönde ayarlanabilen ve katlanarak hareket eden sürgü yapilanmasina olan gereksinimin varligi ve mevcut çözümlerin yetersizligi ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapmayi zorunlu kilmistir. Bulusun Kisa Açiklamasi Mevcut bulus, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren kapaklarin katlanarak açilmasi için mobilyalarda yapilandirilan ray mekanizmalarinda hareket eden sürgü yapilanmasi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin bilinen durumundan yola çikarak bulusun amaci, gelistirilen sürgü yapilanmasi sayesinde hem mekanizmanin hem de dolap kapaklarinin yapilanma sökülmeden ayar yapilabilmesinin saglanmasidir. Bulusun amaci, sürgü yapilanmasinda bulunan salyangoz sayesinde yapilanmanin asagi ve yukari yönde ayarin hareket mekanizmasi sökülmeden yapilmasinin saglanmasidir. Bulusun diger bir amaci, ayar parçasi sayesinde dolap kapaklarinin asagi ve yukari konum ayarinin yapilmasinin saglanmasidir. Bulusun yapisal ve karakteristik özellikleri ve tüm avantajlari asagida verilen sekiller ve bu sekillere atiflar yapilmak suretiyle yazilan detayli açiklama sayesinde daha net olarak anlasilacaktir, bu nedenle degerlendirmenin de bu sekillerin ve detayli açiklamalarin göz önüne alinarak yapilmasi gerekmektedir. The aim is to meet the shelter needs of more people in a minimum area by reducing the square meters of the houses in buildings with increased number of floors. As the usable square meters of houses decrease, furniture that is both functional and takes up little space has begun to be designed. New door systems have been developed especially for furniture that requires extra space to open, such as cabinets and drawers. Although sliding doors that open overlapping each other have attracted great attention from the user and offer a functional solution for narrow spaces, the fact that the unused pair of doors always remain closed makes access to the cabinet difficult. In order to solve this problem, today's cabinet doors can be folded on the same axis and moved on a double axis. One of the most important disadvantages of existing sliding systems is that there is no option to adjust the covers up or down, or the mechanism has to be removed when adjustment is desired. One of the studies carried out on the improvement of double-axis moving sliding-folding cabinet doors is the invention that is the subject of the patent application numbered TR2016/12961 and titled "Dual Roller Folding Door Mechanism with Bearings". The invention is used in sliding-folding type cabinet doors or in offices, homes, etc. It is about the double roller folding door mechanism with bearings, used in decorative partition doors in areas. In the invention, the mechanism has a double-bearing roller, its carrying capacity is increased and silent operation is ensured. As a result, the need for a vertically adjustable and folding slide structure that eliminates the disadvantages of the current technique and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. Brief Description of the Invention The present invention is related to the slider structure that moves on the rail mechanisms configured in furniture for folding and opening the covers, which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages. Based on the known state of the art, the aim of the invention is to ensure that both the mechanism and the cabinet doors can be adjusted without dismantling the structure, thanks to the developed slide structure. The purpose of the invention is to ensure that the structure can be adjusted up and down without dismantling the movement mechanism, thanks to the snail in the slide structure. Another purpose of the invention is to enable the up and down position adjustment of the cabinet doors, thanks to the adjustment piece.
