Abstract

Mevcut buluş, medikal alanda enjeksiyon işlemi için kullanılan, insanların ve hayvanların kan veya kas içerisine sıvı alış verişini sağlayan, medikal sarf malzeme grubuna giren, bir materyaldir. Güvenli enjeksiyon hem uygulayıcı hem de uygulanan için önemli bir unsurdur. Enjeksiyon sırasında hem uygulayan hem de uygulanan açısından güvenliği tehdit eden en büyük risk enfeksiyondur. Enjeksiyon için kullanılan medikal enjektörlerin, işlem sırasında, hiçbir şekilde iğne (4), ajutaj (6) ve piston (2) gövdesi kısmına dokunulmamalıdır. Örneğin dokunulduğunda uygulayıcı elinde bulunan mikroorganizmalar uygulanan kişiye bulaşabilir. Aynı şekilde enjeksiyon işlemi sonrasında iğne (4) koruma kılıfının içine güvenli bir şekilde alınmalı veya bertaraf edilmelidir. Güvenli bir şekilde bertaraf edilmez ise iğne (4) uygulayıcının eline batabilir ve uygulananda bulunan mikroorganizmalar uygulayıcıyı enfekte edebilir. Güvenli medikal enjeksiyon işlemi sağlayan Koruma Kılıflı Medikal Enjektör adlı buluşum 6 kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Bu kısımlar hazne (1), piston (2), iğne koruma kılıfı (3), iğne (4), iğne kökü (5) ve ajutaj (6)?dır. Koruma Kılıflı Medikal Enjektör adlı buluşum steril paketten çıkarılırken iğnenin (4) konumu Şekil-1?de de görüldüğü gibi koruma kılıfı (3) içerisindedir. Bu posizyonda akış olmamaktadır. Uygulayıcı iğne kökünden (5) tutarak iğneyi (4) 180 derece ajutaj (6) etrafında döndürür ve önce Şekil-2 sonra Şekil-3 konumuna getirir. İğne (4) 180 derece döndükten sonra Şekil-3 konumuna gelen iğnenin ajutaj (6) deliği açılmış olur ve kan veya ilaç gibi sıvıların hazne (1) içerisine, piston (2) yardımıyla, çekilmiş olur. Alınan sıvı bekletilecekse kullanıcı yine iğne kökü (5) aracılığıyla iğneyi (4) eski konumuna yani koruma kılıfının (3) içerisine almış olur. Bu sayede iğne (4) koruma altına alınmış ve herhangi birine zarar vermesi engellenmiş olur.The present invention is a material that is used for injection in the medical field, that allows humans and animals to exchange fluids into the blood or muscle, and is included in the group of medical consumables. My invention named Medical Injector with Protective Cover, which provides safe medical injection process, consists of 6 parts. These parts are the chamber (1), the plunger (2), the needle protection cover (3), the needle (4), the needle root (5) and the ajutage (6). When my invention, named Medical Injector with Protective Cover, is taken out of the sterile package, the position of the needle (4) is inside the protection cover (3) as seen in Figure-1. There is no flow in this position. By holding the needle root (5), the practitioner rotates the needle (4) 180 degrees around the ajutage (6) and brings it to the Figure-2 position and then to the Figure-3 position. After the needle (4) rotates 180 degrees, the ajutage (6) hole of the needle, which comes to the Figure-3 position, is opened and liquids such as blood or medicine are drawn into the chamber (1) with the help of the piston (2). If the taken liquid is to be kept waiting, the user will again take the needle (4) to its original position, that is, into the protection sheath (3), by means of the needle root (5). In this way, the needle (4) is protected and it is prevented from harming anyone.
