TEK KATLI OLUKLU MANGAL DÜZENEĞİ Buluşumuz, mangal içerisinde kömür ateşi üzerine konan, portatif, çatı görünümlü, tek katlı oluklu mangal düzeneği olup, özelliği; mangal yaparken ızgara içerisine konan etlerde ki yağların, pişme esnasında mangal içinde ki kömüre damlamasıyla kömür ateşinde meydana 10 gelen alevlenmenin engellenmesi ve ızgara içerisine konan etlerin yanmadan ya da kömürün aromasından mahrum kalmadan pişirilmesinin sağlanması ile ilgilidir.
