Abstract
Elektromanyetik (EM) dalgalar, hayatımızın her aşamasında, kablosuz iletişim, askeri, sağlık ve güvenlik alanlarında kullanılmaktadır. Bu alanlarda EM dalgaların güvenlik ve sağlık açısından belirli alanlara girmemesi ve/veya yapılardan yansımaması istenmektedir. Stratejik öneme sahip askeri binaların radar sistemlerine gizlenmesi, hassas EM ölçümlerin yapıldığı laboratuvarlar ve binalardaki özel odalar, örnek uygulamalar olarak sıralanabilir. Askeri binaların hava radar sistemleri tarafından tespit edilememesi önemli bir gereksinimdir. EM ölçümlerin yapıldığı odaların duvarlarının dalgayı yansıtmaması için yüksek soğurma özelliğinin olması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca sağlık açısından kablosuz iletişimde kullanılan EM dalganın bazı odalara nüfuz etmemesi istenmektedir. Söz konusu isterlerin sağlanması için duvar yüzeyine yönelik tek katmanlı kaplama malzemeleri geliştirilmektedir. Ancak bu malzemelerin en önemli dezavantajı, dar frekans batlarında etkili olmasıdır. Uygun içerikli çok katmanlı elektromanyetik kalkanlayıcı (ÇEÇEK) kompozit yapı malzemesi kullanılarak EM dalga yayıcı sistemlerine karşı gizlenme ve koruma sağlamak mümkündür. Buluş, özel ve askeri yapıların 8-12 GHz frekansları arasında EM dalga yayan sistemlere karşı etkin koruma sağlayan soğurucu özellikli çimento esaslı köpük ve karbon katkılı dört kompozit katmandan (1), (2), (3), (4) oluşan ve toplam kalınlığı 34,74 mm (5) olan ÇEÇEK kompozit yapı kaplama malzemesidir (Bkz. Şekil 1).Electromagnetic (EM) waves are used in every stage of our lives, in the fields of wireless communication, military, health and security. In these areas, it is requested that EM waves do not enter certain areas in terms of safety and health and / or do not reflect from the structures. Hiding strategically important military buildings to radar systems, laboratories where sensitive EM measurements are made, and special rooms in buildings can be listed as exemplary applications. It is an important requirement that military buildings cannot be detected by weather radar systems. The walls of the rooms where EM measurements are made must have a high absorption feature so that they do not reflect the wave. In addition, in terms of health, it is desired that the EM wave used in wireless communication does not penetrate into some rooms. In order to meet these requirements, single-layer coating materials for the wall surface are being developed. However, the most important disadvantage of these materials is that they are effective in narrow frequency bands. It is possible to provide concealment and protection against EM wave emitter systems by using multi-layer electromagnetic shielding (CEKEK) composite construction material with appropriate content. The invention consists of four composite layers (1), (2), (3), (4) with absorbent cement-based foam and carbon additive providing effective protection against EM wave emitting systems between 8-12 GHz frequencies of private and military structures. ÇEÇEK is a composite construction coating material of 34.74 mm (5) (See Figure 1).
