Abstract
Bu buluş, tekstil sektöründe özellikle denimlerin ağartılması için kullanılabilecek organik bir ağartıcı maddenin sentez yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Buluş özellikle düşük miktarda çözücülerin kullanıldığı su ilavesiz bir proses ile yüksek verimde ürün eldesine imkan veren, peroksikarbonik asit ve tuzları için yeni bir sentez yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Buluş in situ ve reaktörde olmak üzere iki farklı sentez yöntemini kapsamaktadır.This invention relates to the synthesis method of an organic bleaching agent that can be used in the textile industry, especially for the bleaching of denims. In particular, the invention relates to a new synthesis method for peroxycarbonic acid and its salts, which allows to obtain high yield products with a water-free process using low amount of solvents. The invention includes two different synthesis methods, in situ and reactor.
