BACKGROUND ART For several years, the packaging industry has been making great efforts to keep up with new trends in sustainability without compromising the properties required for the proper preservation of products. One of these trends focuses on packaging made from materials that provide suitable composting after use. In the current state of the art, there are several patents on heat-sealable cellulose fruit trays, focusing on improving different properties of the trays, both physical and chemical, and making them heat-sealable. For example, European patent publication number EP3006370 discloses a container having an opening sealed with a polymeric film, wherein the container consists of a compostable fibrous material and the surface area of the polymeric film and the film is of a non-biodegradable polymeric type. Document EPO896931 relates to a tray for cellulose food products that can be heat-sealed by applying a heat-sealable material onto a weld zone located at a flange of the opening. This makes the tray difficult to manufacture and seal, as well as its use through composting. shows a tray for food products such as vegetables made from cellulose and at least one additive, a biodegradable aliphatic polyester. The addition of aliphatic polyester to the cellulose fibers is what makes the tray heat-sealable, but prevents it from being fully compostable. Finally, European patent publication number EP0261930A describes a heat-sealable controlled atmosphere cellulose basket. Packaging achieves its properties by adding successive layers. As can be seen in this state of the art, improving the properties of the trays is generally achieved by adding different types of fibers, using coatings or incorporating different additives into the initial mixture. On the other hand, the main technologies used to make trays heat-sealable are as follows: - simultaneous application of heat and/or pressure on the sealing film and on the tray; - applying heat-sealable substances to the area of the tray where the tray is to be heat-sealed; - use of sugarcane residues, i.e. bagasse, as raw material for cellulose; - incorporation into the cellulose of additives that give heat sealability, such as aliphatic polyesters; and - adding heat-sealable layers or films to the inner surface of the tray. The technologies mentioned above, except the last one, produce trays that can be easily recycled and/or composted. If layers are added to the tray, the recycling and possible composting of the tray will depend on the materials used in the layers. Therefore, there is a need for food packaging that can be sealed by simple heat-sealing with a biopolymer film without adding material and can be reused after use by recycling and/or composting, and therefore all elements must be made of materials that enable these processes. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention consists of a recyclable and biodegradable packaging for foodstuffs, designed primarily for fresh products with high added value and susceptible to damage by impact or crushing, such as strawberries, cherries, blueberries and the like. For this purpose, packaging; It consists of a tray-type container that holds the food and a film or foil-type cover that is removably fixed over an opening of the tray by heat-sealing for its temporary preservation during storage and transportation, thus helping to keep the food inside in optimal condition. The container is made by molding a paste consisting of a mixture of fibers obtained from recycled paper, which can be strengthened with fibers obtained from agricultural waste, giving it the strength necessary to safely contain food, without the addition of any other products that may pollute it, while allowing it to be used later through direct composting. If used to contribute to additional strengthening of the container, the fibers are obtained from agricultural waste rather than from virgin fibers, thus providing a usable purpose for this by-product. For the lid, the foil is made from a compostable biopolymer such as PLA. Container. Therefore, having a food packaging that allows the use of waste such as recycled paper and fibers obtained from agricultural waste and at the same time providing a safe and attractive presentation of food is a simple and economical solution. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The following is a detailed description of an example of a preferred embodiment of the object of the present invention with the aid of the figures referenced above. This completely flat flange (6) creates a contact area between the container (1) and the cover (3). The cover (3) consists of a sheet made of compostable biopolymeric material, such as PLA, in accordance with the European standard EN13432. This plate has a perimeter edge (7) covering the flange (6) of the cabinet (1) to which it is attached by means of a thermal seal made by applying heat and pressure together. In this way, the food in the container (1) is closed by the lid (3) and thus isolated and protected from external conditions. The container (1) is made by molding a pulp consisting of fibers obtained from recycled or recovered paper, which is reinforced with fibers obtained from agricultural waste and allows it to be used later by composting, without adding any other products that may pollute. The cover (3) is preferably transparent in order to allow the food inside the container (1) to be seen from the outside. Likewise, the cover (3) may contain additional elements such as extensions of the perimeter edge (7), which is in the form of a protrusion (8), to facilitate opening the cabinet by pulling the foil manually. The cabin (1) is essentially designed to include structural strengthening elements such as additional moldings, thickening or sections (9) on the side walls (5). These reinforcement elements are made of the same material as the rest of the cabin (1). Figures 1 to 3 show a preferred first embodiment of the cabinet, where the container 1 is sized to hold up to 125 grams of food by weight.
