Bu durumda yan mandalin yay tutucu (6) üzerine bagli olan yay gerilmekte egimli tirnak (4) asagi dogru hareket etmekte ve mekanizma tirnagi (10) serbest kalarak pompanin hareketine imkân vermektedir.
