TARIFNAME Tasinabilir Dijital Reklam Panosu Teknik Alan Bulus, kampanyalar, duyurular, reklamlar, etkinlikler, organizasyonlar, konserler, siyasi parti çalismalari vb. tüm olusum, girisim ve yayinlarin duyurulmasi ve/veya yayilmasi için meydanlar, sokaklar, caddeler, belediyeler, alisveris merkezleri, müzeler, kamu kurumlari, hastaneler, okullar, üniversiteler vb. yogun sosyal hareketlige sahip her yerde etkin bir biçimde kullanilabilen bir tasinabilir dijital reklam ve ilan panosuna iliskindir. Önceki Teknik Bir ürünü tanitmak, satmak veya bir seyi duyurmak amaciyla çesitli reklam ve ilan yöntemleri kullanilmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte reklam ve ilanlar, televizyon, gazete, dergi, billboard, sinema, internet, sosyal medya vb. meeralar ile kamuya arz edilmektedir. Sehir merkezlerinde insanlarin çogunlukla kullandigi yol ve sokaklarda büyük billboardlar kullanilmaktadir. Bunun yani sira otobüs, minibüs, metrobüs vb. tasitlar üzerinde de reklam ve ilanlar yer almaktadir. Özellikle tasitlar üzerine verilen reklamlar diger tasitlarin dikkatini çekmekte ve kazalara sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Reklam ve ilanin amaci, üzerinde yer alan bilginin daha fazla insan tarafindan görülmesini, okunmasi saglamaktir. Bu nedenle insanlarin daha yogun kullandigi sokak ve caddelere daha fazla ilan ve reklam verilmektedir. Mevcut teknikte yer alan 2011/00429 kodlu ulusal faydali inodel dokümaninda tasinabilir hareketli reklam panosundan bahsedilmektedir. Bahsedilen reklam panosu, aski aparati sayesinde insanlar tarafindan tasinabilen önlü ve arkali kullanim sahasina sahip, LED lamba ile farkli renklerde aydinlatma seçenegine sahip, pano içerisindeki ses sistemi ile yapilan reklama sesli katki saglayan, kontrolleri için uzaktan kumanda ile ses açma/kapama, otomatik/manuel renk geçisi ile hareketli, ayrica üst tarafinda bulunan LED kayan yazi ile dikkat çekici aski aparati ile tasinabilen reklam panosudur. Bahsi geçen tasinabilir hareketli reklam panosunda bir kamera sistemi ve takip sistemi yer almamaktadir. Bahsi geçen basvuruya konu ürün internet ve ag baglantisina sahip degildir. Bu yüzden uzaktan baglanti ve sunucu destegi içermemektedir. Mevcut doküman incelendiginde ürünün bir kati bellek içerip içermedi bile anlasilamamaktadir. Reklam içeriginin bahsi geçen ürüne ne sekilde aktarilacagi ve nasil oynatilacagi dahi ifade edilmemistir. Iletisim modülü, WIFI, GPRS, GPS sistemlerini içermektedir. GPS modül ile pano, anlik olarak takip edilebilmektedir. GPRS ile ise uzaktan içerik yüklemek için gerekli olan internet saglanmaktadir. WIFI ile ise bulus konusu tasinabilir dijital reklam panosu için gerekli olan internet saglanmaktadir. Elektronik kart (9) içerisinde sistem için gerekli olan bellek yer almaktadir. Bellek, internetsiz olarak toplu yükleme yapmaya imkân saglamaktadir. Bellek internet üzerinden de bir veri yüklendiginde verinin saklanmasini ve depolanmasini saglamaktadir. Ayrica bulus konusu tasinabilir dijital reklam panosunu üzerinde yer alan sensör ve kameralar (12) tarafindan elde edilen datalarin da depolanmasi yine bellek üzerine yapilmaktadir. Bulus konusu dijital reklam panosunda, ilgili içerikte (reklam, duyum, ilan Vb.) yer alan seslerin dis ortama verilmesini saglamak üzere hoparlör (7) yer almaktadir.
