Abstract

Bu buluş, sperm hızını arttırmayı amaçlayan aşılama ve tüp bebek yöntemlerinde sağlıklı spermleri seçip, döllenme başarısını arttırmak için, spermlerin yıkama sırasında ve sonrasında inkübe edilmesi için yıkama solüsyonuna katılan serotonin içeren bileşim ile ilgili olup, Hepes tamponu içeren HTF tabanlı sperm yıkama mediumu içerisinde ağırlıkça 8 kısım serotonin, 10 000 kısım B9 vitamini, 10 000 kısım B12 vitamini, 10 000 kısım C vitamini, 10 000 kısım D vitamini, 10 000 kısım E vitamini, 10 000 kısım çinko minerali ve 10 000 kısım selenyum minerali içeren sperm hızını arttıran bileşimi ve hazırlanma işlemlerini açıklamaktadır.
