TARIFNAME BIR IÇERIK YÖNETIM SISTEMI VE YÖNTEMI Teknik Alan Bu bulus, çoklu aygit, ülke ve dilde yayin yapilan dizi, film seklindeki içeriklerin meta verilerinin ve yayin haklarinin yönetilmesini saglayan bir Sistem ve yöntem ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Günümüzde teknolojinin hizla gelismesiyle ve internet ile birlikte dizi, film ve benzeri dijital içerikler çok farkli ülkelere ulasabilmekte ve çok farkli dillerde yayinlanabilmektedir. Bu durumlarda içerik saglayici, içerik sahibi ve yayinlayan kurum arasinda yapilan sözlesmelerle içeriklerin yayin haklari korunabilmektedir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda internet üzerinden içerik yayini yapan firmalar video içerik verilerini farkli dillerde, cihazlarda ve ülkelerde yönetebilmek için içeriklere iliskin verilerin kayit altinda tutuldugu içerik havuzunu farkli veri tabanlarina ya da veri tabani semalarina bölerek içeriklere iliskin verilerin yönetilmesini saglamaktadirlar. Birden fazla ülkede kullanilacak olan ortak içerikler söz konusu oldugunda içerik video, fotograf dosyalari ve meta veri bilgisinin dijital saklama alanlari üzerinde her ülke için ayri ayri çogaltilmasi gerekmektedir. Bu durum içerik yayini yapan ve kullanim haklarini yöneten firmalar için çok fazla saklama alani maliyetine ve islem tekrarina sebep olmaktadir. Bu sebeple mevcut teknikte bulunan çalismalar ve eksiklikler göz önünde bulunduruldugunda dijital içeriklere iliskin tüm verilerin ve yayin hakki islemlerinin tek bir veri havuzundan yönetilmesini saglayan bir sisteme ihtiyaç duyuldugu anlasilmaktadir. dokümaninda, içerik yönetiminin yapilmasini saglayan bir sistemden bahsedilmektedir.
