TR TR TR TR TR TR DESCRIPTION CARDAN SHAFT SLIPPER GROUP Technical Field The invention is based on the propeller shaft slider group, which gives freedom of movement in the axial direction to the propeller shaft and consists of a forked slider shaft, sliding sleeve, protective sheath, sealing felt and clamp, respectively. State of the Art In all of today's heavy vehicles used in cargo transportation, in the engine. The torque produced is transferred to the drive axles through the cardan shaft. Cardan shafts, which are rotational components, are exposed to serious torque values under vehicle operating conditions. The main function of the propeller shaft on the vehicle is to transfer the speed and torque produced by the engine from the gearbox to the differential on the drive axle. Therefore, although the propeller shaft is placed on the vehicle, between the gearbox and the differential; Depending on the vehicle configuration, in heavy vehicles driven from more than one axle (such as 6x4, 8x4), they are placed between the differentials on the rear drive axles and provide drive transmission. Cardan shafts, with their angular and axial movement features, eliminate the negative effects that anti-drive movements may have on the powertrain system. Cardan shaft basically; It consists of the connection flange, the universal joint that allows the shaft to move angularly, the sliding part that provides axial movement capability to the propeller shaft, and the sound damper for noise and vibration dampening. The axial movement (opening/sliding) of the sliding group mentioned in the cardan shafts is limited; In other words, the slide sleeve and the fork slide shaft, which are the elements that make up the slide group, can move a certain amount relative to each other. During the shipment and installation of the propeller shaft to the vehicle, if the axial movement exceeds this limit, the contact between the slide sleeve and the fork slide shaft is broken and the slide group disintegrates. In order to prevent this in the current situation, the sealing felt mounted on the sliding sleeve and the nail-shaped protrusion at the end of the sleeve are used. A large amount of sawdust is removed from the outer diameter of the slide barrel, leaving a form with a nail-shaped protrusion at the tip. The processes performed to create this protruding form increase the cost of the sliding group. When the maximum distance allowed in the axial movement of the sliding group is reached, this nail-shaped form and the lips of the sealing felt come into contact with each other and provide locking. Many studies have been carried out and new products have been developed in order to eliminate the problems caused by these protrusions created in the sliding sleeve in the current technique. One of these studies is the invention that is the subject of the patent application numbered TR201807402 and titled "A Forked Slider Shaft for Cardan Shaft Applications". The invention is designed to provide a simpler, lighter and stronger structure to the neck section that connects the fork section and the shaft section of the forked sliding shaft in the cardan shaft, which is used to move the vehicle by transmitting the rotational movement and power of the engine to the differential in motor vehicles; It contains a monolithic neck cone that narrows and extends in a conical form with a certain inclination between the sheath fastening diameter and the throat part, limiting the sliding sleeve on its inclined body, and at least one cheek rest area on the said monolithic neck cone, with which the lower cheek area of the sliding sleeve comes into contact and is limited. Another work is the invention subject to the patent numbered U85299982A and titled "Sliding joint seal for a drive shaft". The invention relates to a sliding joint gasket for the drive shaft positioned between two universal joint connections. The shaft with male spline form rotating with the first fork and the shaft with female spline form rotating with the second fork are mechanically connected in such a way that they can slide but not rotate during the operation of the cardan shaft. The sealing gasket extends from the first connection around the male spline shaped shaft and has a larger diameter than the female spline shaped shaft. The female spline shaft has a single, outward-facing, annular seal at its outer end, away from the second yoke, that mates with the inner surface of the sealing sleeve. The female spline form shaft also has a grease fitting to supply grease to the propeller shaft; Excess grease also acts as a cleaner to remove foreign matter inside the sealing sleeve. As a result, the existence of the need for a propeller shaft slide group that eliminates the disadvantages of the current technique and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. Brief Description of the Invention The present invention is related to the cardan shaft slider group, which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and brings some additional advantages, gives freedom of movement in the axial direction to the cardan shaft and consists of a forked slider shaft, slider sleeve, protective case, sealing felt and clamp, respectively. . Based on the known state of the art, the aim of the invention is to eliminate the need for machining on the outer diameter of the slide barrel, thanks to the bearing channel form opened at the end point of the slider sleeve in the developed propeller shaft slider group. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the unit cost compared to existing applications, thanks to the nail-shaped locking element placed in the bearing channel. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure locking by contacting the lips of the locking element and the sealing felt when the maximum distance allowed in the axial movement of the sliding group is reached, thanks to the locking element mounted on the bearing channel on the sliding sleeve. Another purpose of the invention is to enable alternatively a nail or circular section form to be applied to the locking element, by opening the bearing channel at the end point of the sliding sleeve according to the locking element form. Another purpose of the invention is to provide freedom of movement in the axial direction to the propeller shaft, thanks to the sliding sleeve. The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures given below and the detailed explanation written by making references to these figures, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanations into consideration. Brief Description of the Drawings In order to best understand the structure of the present invention and its advantages with additional elements, it should be evaluated together with the figures explained below. Detailed Description of the Cardan Shaft Invention In this detailed explanation, the cardan shaft slide group (10), which is the subject of the invention, is explained only as an example for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that does not create any limiting effect. The propeller shaft slide group (10), which is the subject of the invention, gives freedom of movement in the axial direction to the propeller shaft (20) shown in Figure-1. The propeller shaft slide group (10), whose preferred applications are shown in Figure-2 and Figure-&, basically consists of; It consists of forked sliding shaft (11), sliding sleeve (12), protective case (13), sealing felt (14) and clamp (15). The forked slide shaft (11), which is one of the elements forming the said propeller shaft slide group (10), gives freedom of movement in the axial direction to the propeller shaft (20). The slider sleeve (12), which is positioned by interlocking with the said forked slider shaft (11) and which forms the cardan shaft slider group (10), gives freedom of movement in the axial direction to the cardan shaft (20). There is a protective cover (13) to protect the said fork sliding shaft (11) and sliding sleeve (12) from external factors. The sealing felt (14) is positioned to ensure sealing during the axial movements of the said forked sliding shaft (11) and the sliding sleeve (12). The clamp (15) is positioned to fix the said sealing felt (14) on the protective cover (13). There is a bearing channel (17) obtained by removing sawdust only at the end of the sliding sleeve (12) shown in Figure-4. The locking element (16) mounted on the bearing channel (17) formed at the end of the said sliding sleeve (12) provides locking together with the sealing felt (14). The feature of the mentioned propeller shaft slide group (10) is that the bearing channel (17) is opened only at the end point of the slide barrel (12) without removing chips from the outer diameter of the slide barrel (12). Additionally, there is a nail-shaped locking element (16) to be placed in the mentioned bearing channel (17), which has a unit cost that will reduce the cost compared to current applications. The locking element (16) is mounted on the bearing channel (17) on the sliding sleeve (12). When the maximum distance allowed in the axial movement of the propeller shaft sliding group (10) is reached, the locking element (16) shown in Figure-5 and Figure-6 and the lips of the sealing felt (14) come into contact with each other and locking is achieved. As shown in figures 2 and 5, and figures 3 and 4, the locking element (16) can have different geometries. In this case, the bearing channel (17) to be opened at the end point of the sliding sleeve (12) is also opened in accordance with the form of the locking element (16). The locking element (16) can be used alternatively in two different geometries: claw and cylindrical cross-section. TR TR TR TR TR TR
