Abstract

Buluş, dizel motorlarda veya kazanlarda kullanılan dizel, biyodizel veya dizel-biyodizel yakıt karışımlarının termo-fiziksel yakıt özelliklerinin geliştirilmesi, motor/kazan performansının arttırılması ve egzoz emisyonlarının azaltılması amacıyla yakıt katkısı 10 olarak kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen kömür nanoparçacıkları ile ilgilidir. Yakıt katkısı olarak kullanılacak kömür nanoparçacıkları, yüksek enerjili-titreşimli bir bilyeli öğütücü değirmende kömürün öğütülmesi ile elde edilmekte ve çok düşük miktarlarda (ppm seviyesinde) sürfaktan ile birlikte mekanik ve ultrasonik karıştırma teknikleri ile yakıta eklenmektedir. Kömür nanoparçacıkları ile harmanlanmış yakıt doğrudan dizel motorlarda veya dizel/biyodizel yakıtlı kazan sistemlerinde performansın arttırılması, yakıt tüketiminin azaltılması ve zararlı egzoz gazı emisyonlarının düşürülmesi sağlanmaktadır.The invention relates to coal nanoparticles developed to be used as a fuel additive 10 in order to improve the thermo-physical fuel properties of diesel, biodiesel or diesel-biodiesel fuel mixtures used in diesel engines or boilers, to increase engine/boiler performance and to reduce exhaust emissions. Coal nanoparticles to be used as fuel additives are obtained by grinding coal in a high-energy-vibrating ball mill and added to the fuel by mechanical and ultrasonic mixing techniques, together with very low amounts (ppm level) of surfactant. Fuel blended with coal nanoparticles can directly increase performance in diesel engines or diesel/biodiesel fueled boiler systems, reduce fuel consumption and reduce harmful exhaust gas emissions.
