TARIFNAME Genel bazli adaptif kontrast limitli adaptif histogram esitleme Teknik Alan Bulus, genel görüntüyü baz alarak bölgesel kontrastin iyilestirilmesini saglayan genel bazli adaptif kontrast limitli adaptif histogram esitleme (GBA-CLAHE/ Global Based Adaptive - Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equlization) yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Kirpma isleminin ardindan, kirpilmis histogramin kümülatif histogrami-1 hesaplanmaktadir (902). Bölge limitli histogram hesaplanmasi ile es zamanli olarak, giris görüntüsünün geneli üzerinden yeniden dagitim fonksiyonu hesaplamaktadir (906). Sekil 3'te akis diyagrami verilen yeniden dagitim fonksiyonunu hesaplayan islemler asagida detayli olarak açiklanmistir: Giris görüntüsünün genel histogrami hesaplanmaktadir (906a). Hesaplanan histogram üzerinden genel kirpma seviyesi hesaplanmaktadir (906b). TR TR TR TR TR DESCRIPTION General-based adaptive contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization Technical Field The invention relates to the global-based adaptive contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (GBA-CLAHE) method, which provides improvement of regional contrast based on the global image. The invention is particularly related to the global-based adaptive contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (GBA-CLAHE) method, which enables revealing regional details on the overall image by using the redistribution function obtained from the overall image in the redistribution phase of the CLAHE technique, which is a regional method used to improve contrast. State of the Art Today, contrast enhancement is performed to make low-contrast grayscale images more suitable for human vision and of higher quality. Contrast enhancement techniques are divided into two: general (global) and regional (local). The current technique uses the adaptive histogram equalization (AHE)-based CLAHE technique, which is a regional method for contrast enhancement. CLAHE is a widely used technique for contrast enhancement. GBA-CLAHE technique is basically CLAHE based. In the CLAHE technique, the image is divided into equal regions that do not overlap each other and the histogram of each region is calculated regionally. Unlike adaptive histogram equalization, the histogram calculated for the region is trimmed at a certain point to prevent noise amplification. This trimming point is determined manually and is the same for each region. The values remaining as a result of trimming are redistributed to the histogram in a way that the histogram values do not exceed the trimming point. This process is repeated until there are no pixels exceeding the clipping point. Afterwards, the cumulative histogram is calculated for each region and the transfer function indicating the output value of the pixels in the region is calculated over the cumulative histogram. Interpolation is performed to prevent the regions from standing independently in the output image. Thanks to the processes of the CLAHE technique mentioned above, noise increase is limited and contrast enhancement is achieved. The resolution of the regions depending on the bit width of the pixels may cause CLAHE not to give good results. For example, standard CLAHE is not sufficient for a 14-bit image. While there are 16384 (2^14) different values on the histogram, the redistribution process is insufficient according to the number of pixels in the region, and it does not provide a good result. In order to get results, the image must be divided into regions with very high resolution. In addition, using the same cropping level value for each region causes unnecessary noise amplification in regions without detail, such as the sky, and causes the regions to remain independent of each other for videos. The interpolation process used to prevent noise may be insufficient in CLAHE. In the standard CLAHE algorithm, noise can be amplified depending on the image, and it does not give good results in images with high bit numbers. Additionally, due to the use of the same clipping level for each region, extra noise is developed in areas where there is no detail. In regions with limited development, it may not be developed sufficiently. This depends on the image and the manually selected cropping level. As a result of the research on the subject, the application number lN2986CHE2013A was found. The application relates to the general based automatic CLAHE method and system applied for image enhancement. In the automatic CLAHE method mentioned in the application in question, the region clipping level is automatically calculated according to the histogram of the regions as the input parameter. The processing steps that realize the method mentioned in the application are dividing the image into NxN matrix sub-images; calculating the histogram of each subimage and the peak value of the histogram; calculation of the nominal clipping level with a limit from O* to the peak value, using the binary search method; clipping the histogram to the nominal clipping level if the peak value of the histogram is higher than the nominal clipping level; summing the number of pixels causing eclipse; distributing the collected pixels evenly over the entire histogram; equalizing said cropped histogram to obtain the cropped histogram mapping for the subimage; It consists of making a gray level map for each pixel in the input image and applying the resulting output map to each pixel in the said input image to obtain the improved image. The purpose of this application is to ensure that the number of regions, currently manually determined, is determined adaptively based on the entropy values of the output image. In the application in question, it is mentioned that the cropping level of the image is automatically calculated with a different method, and the distribution process according to the redistribution function obtained over the entire input image is not mentioned. As a result, due to the negativities described above and the inadequacy of existing solutions on the subject, it has become necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. Purpose of the Invention: The invention is inspired by existing situations and aims to solve the negativities mentioned above. The main purpose of the invention is to reveal regional details on the overall image by using the redistribution function obtained from the overall image in the redistribution phase of the CLAHE method used to improve contrast. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that noise is amplified less and details are revealed better, thanks to the adaptive calculation of zone contrast limits. The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures given below and the detailed explanation written by making references to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration. It is explained only for a better understanding of the subject. In the general-based adaptive CLAHE method, which is the subject of the invention, contrast improvement is provided in order to make regional details visible based on the general image. With the invention, in order to prevent noise amplification, the clipping level is determined separately in general and regional processes and the contrast increase is limited in two stages. The cropping level used is determined adaptively depending on the input image. In this way, the ideal cropping level that can prevent noise amplification is calculated for each image. For example, in areas with little detail, a low clipping level is used to prevent amplification of noise, while in areas with a lot of detail, a higher clipping level helps to amplify the image better. In addition, the redistribution of pixels that exceed the region clipping level on the histogram is carried out according to a function obtained from the overall image, thus providing a solution to the problem of regions remaining independent of each other and ensuring image integrity. The figure shows the flow diagram of the general-based adaptive CLAHE method. In the method of the invention, firstly, the input image is divided into regions of equal resolution that do not overlap each other. In an example implementation of the invention, the input image with a resolution of 640x512 is divided into 20 different regions, each with a resolution of 128x128. For each separated region, the regional limited histogram of the pixels within the surrounding window is calculated (901), whose flow diagram is given in Figure 25. At this stage, first the histogram of the input image of each region is calculated (901a). Then, the region clipping level to be used for the region is calculated based on the calculated histogram (901b). The clipping level is determined by the dynamic range of the region. The greater the dynamic range, the greater the clipping level. Calculation of the region clipping level (regionClippingPoint) is expressed by the following equation: regionClippingPoint= count(regionHistogram histLimit) * coeffLimit Here, firstly, how many different points (count(regionHistogram histLimit)) are larger than a certain limit (histLimit) on the histogram is calculated. This calculated value is expanded by a coefficient (coeffLimit) manually determined by the user. As a result of this process, the region clipping level (regionClippingPoint) is calculated. After the clipping level is determined by the above process, the region clipped histogram is calculated by cutting the parts in the histogram that exceed the clipping level down to the clipping level. (901c). As a result of this process, the number of pixels above the region clipping level is also calculated. After the trimming process, the cumulative histogram-1 of the trimmed histogram is calculated (902). Simultaneously with the region-limited histogram calculation, it calculates the redistribution function over the entire input image (906). The processes that calculate the redistribution function, whose flow diagram is given in Figure 3, are explained in detail below: The general histogram of the input image is calculated (906a). The overall clipping level is calculated based on the calculated histogram (906b). Figure 4 shows the overall histogram and overall clipping level. The general clipping level (globalClippingPoint) is calculated with the following equation: 2 nuthJls ZHIUNBIHS globalClippingPoint = ( Here, globalHist(i) refers to the pixel values that the global histogram takes, and numBins refers to the number of cells. In the histogram, the clipping level of the parts that exceed the global clipping level obtained in the previous step The overall cropped histogram is calculated by trimming it up to (9060). The cropped histogram is shown in Figure 5. As a result of this process, the number of pixels above the clipping level is also calculated and the redistributed histogram is calculated by redistributing the pixels above the clipping level equally to each element of the cropped histogram. (906d) The redistributed histogram appears in Figure 1. Then, the overall cumulative histogram of the trimmed and redistributed histogram is calculated (906e). The overall cumulative histogram of the trimmed and redistributed histogram appears in Figure 7. Trimming the overall image histogram at a certain point. It ensures that the contrast increase is limited on a general basis. Reducing noise amplification is also achieved by redistributing pixels that exceed the overall clipping level. Finally, the ratio of the overall cumulative histogram values to the total number of pixels is calculated (906f) and thus the redistribution function is calculated to be between 0 and 1 as seen in Figure 8. The calculated redistribution function value is expanded by the number of pixels exceeding the clipping level in the regional histogram. Then, this obtained value is added to the overall cumulative histogram value. Thus, cumulative histogram-2 (903) is calculated. The transfer function is calculated according to the last calculated cumulative histogram (904). The transfer function includes the output values of the pixel values within the region. Thanks to this process, the output image can be of the desired bit width, regardless of the bit width of the input image. Finally, interpolation (905) is performed in proportion to the distance of a pixel from other regions. In order to prevent the regions obtained by dividing the input image from standing independently of each other, the pixels in a region are given the output image by using the transfer function of the region to which they belong and the transfer function of the neighboring regions. The regional clipping level of each region is calculated from the histogram of the region. Using a fixed clipping level causes unnecessary amplification of noise in areas where there is no detail, and causes the details of the region not to be amplified sufficiently in areas with detail. When the regional clipping level of all regions is equal, the noise is amplified more. The smaller the region histogram, the lower the clipping level value is 0. Therefore, since the histogram will be narrow in regions where there is no detail, the clipping level is also small and thus noise amplification in that region is prevented. In the method that is the subject of the invention, it is aimed to reveal regional details on the general image. In addition, it is aimed to give the best output image by adaptively calculating the cropping level for each region. TR TR TR TR TR
