Additionally, internal support element (8); By distributing the pressure, it prevents any area from being exposed to excessive impact and provides an ergonomic surface. The bed subject to our invention is preferably; It has a double-sided use feature. Thanks to its bed surfaces created in two different forms, summer and winter, it is suitable for use in all seasons and provides thermal comfort by keeping the temperature in balance. Thanks to the fabric (9) used on the winter cover, body temperature is preserved by trapping heat between the fibers. Preferably, the fabric (9) should be a natural fiber that does not cause allergies, does not cause irritation, etc. has at least one of the properties. The fabric (9) used on the summer house surface provides a cooling effect due to its natural fiber feature. The fabric (9) fibers used on the surface provide support for thermal comfort through moisture management that supports air circulation. With the spring carcass and the comfort layers used in the bed (1), the pressure applied to the tissues is minimized and extra comfort is provided. These layers are polyurethane sponge, hard sponge, soft sponge, visco, latex, HR etc. may consist of materials. Also cellulosic fiber, cotton, linen, kapok, jute, sisal, coconut shell, wool, angora, bamboo, etc. It may consist of various materials. In different methods, felt etc. are used in these layers. Insulating materials can also be used. The mattress has an air permeable feature with the 3D breathable fabric (9) technology used on the edge. Due to its breathable structure, the mattress can be used for many years without losing its form. Additionally, due to its breathable feature, there is no bad odor formation. Support element (5) and corner support element (6); It ensures that the bed has a large safe sleeping area. With the support element (5) and the corner support element (6), the comfort provided at the center of the bed is also provided at its edges and corners, and collapses that may occur at the edges of the bed are prevented. With the internal support element (8) used in the inner parts of the spring carcass, sound generation is reduced, possible deformation between the springs is prevented, and extra support and comfort is provided to the mattress. The process steps for the production of the bed frame and mattress (1) that are the subject of the invention are as follows: The main spring system (4), corner support element (6), internal support element (8) and preferably the support element (5) are brought together. The sponge mixture is prepared, the sponge is poured into the mold, and the previously prepared mechanism is added to the mold with the sponge poured. This combination is baked. After the reactions and curing process in the oven are completed, it is removed from the mold and the same processes are repeated for the other surface. Baking of the sponge combination with the mechanism in which the main spring system (4) and support elements are stabilized (104); It is the process of inserting the sponge mixture in liquid form, which is cast on the main spring system (4) with a mold, into an oven with a temperature between 47 "C - 55 °C. The combination of the main spring system (4), support elements and the sponge in liquid form; the sponge formation reaction and It is the process of keeping the sponge mixture in liquid form, which is cast with a mold on the main spring system (4), in the oven for a period of 15 to 24 minutes for the curing process to be completed (105). It is kept in the oven for a period of 15 to 24 minutes. In the standard sponge formation process in current techniques, there is a curing period of 3 to 10 days (completion of chemical reactions and gas release). Thanks to the method of our invention, this curing time is eliminated. If the temperature value between °C and 55°C is changed, the sponge cannot be formed in the desired form. If the oven temperature is increased, the sponge may lose its sponge properties and burning may occur. If the oven temperature is lowered, curing will not occur and the sponge will not form in the expected form. The spring carcass and the bed (1), which are the subject of our invention, which is based on the logic of fixing the main spring system (4) with a cast sponge; By filling the gap between the main spring system (4), the flexibility of the spring is reduced and a stable structure is obtained. By ensuring equal distribution of the load over the entire surface, the body is given a suitable form with the right pressure. With the method subject to our invention, all kinds of products that require the combination of the main spring system (4) and the sponge can be produced. The spring carcass subject to the invention is made of steel, polymer, etc. types of materials, polyurethane TR
