Description

Teknigin bilinen durumundan yola çikarak bulusun amaci, gelistirilen baglanti sistemi sayesinde mühimmat degistirme sirasinda olusan zaman kayiplarinin ortadan kaldirilmasinin ve personelin koluna binen yükün hafifletilmesinin saglanmasidir. TR TR DESCRIPTION FLEXIBLE BULLET PATH AND AMMUNITION BOX CONNECTION SYSTEM Technical Field The invention is a connection system that brings the bullet ribbon (casing) in the bullet box positioned in the backpack to an automatic gun through a flexible and semi-closed path formed by individual plastic parts, up to the bullet feeding unit of the gun. It is relevant. In particular, the invention eliminates time losses during ammunition changing, eases the load on the personnel's arms, allows the user to carry the ammunition box on his back and thus allows him to fire more ammunition at a time against enemy elements, and prevents enemy elements from moving to the desired area in hot conflict environments. It is about the connection system that provides more time, allows the use of ammunition at once as much as the gun barrel allows, and maximizes the fire power of individual personnel. Known State of the Technique In order to ensure that the gun is fed with bullets in machine guns, a narrow and long cloth or a series of metal rings called mayon, which have fuselages to hold the bullets used, and can be connected to each other in series, is called mayon ribbon. The said jersey strip increases the number of ammunition shots of the weapon and provides a great advantage to the personnel in case of collision. Today, two systems are commonly used to attach the swimsuit ribbon to the weapon. One of these systems is to first place the jersey strip, which contains between 50 and 100 bullets depending on the bullet size and need, into apparatus made of plastic / metal / fabric material that can be mounted on the weapon, and then position one end of the jersey to the bullet feeding unit of the gun. After the shooting is completed, the apparatus is dismantled and a new one is installed, or the shooting is continued by filling the removed apparatus with swimsuit again. When used in this way, too much load is placed on the user's arm and he cannot continue shooting uninterruptedly since the number of bullets is low. In order to continue shooting, time is needed to re-feed bullets if there is a spare apparatus or not. The loss of time at this stage creates a time period that will allow the enemy forces to transfer. The second system is to place a strip of 200-300 bullets, depending on the bullet size and need, into bullet boxes that are not mounted on the weapon and are carried by another user. When the need arises, the assistant personnel next to the gun user opens the mayo box and places the mayo tape of different sizes depending on the need into the bullet feeding unit of the gun. Since the size of the swimsuit is long, the auxiliary personnel positions the swimsuit according to the position of the weapon user. When the shooting is completed, the assistant personnel removes the other strip from the bullet box he carries with him and positions it again in the feeding unit of the gun. Since this type of use requires 2 people, it does not provide freedom of movement to the user. When the amount of mayon tape runs out, the shooting power is interrupted. Today, many studies have been carried out and new structures have been developed to solve existing problems. One of these studies is the invention subject to the patent numbered TR201721282 and titled "Flexible Projectile Path with Suspension Connection". The invention relates to a flexible bullet path that can be fixed at certain points. The purpose of the invention is to provide mounting interfaces on flexible bullet path links in order to position flexible bullet paths in a way that facilitates the flow of ammunition. Another work is the invention that is the subject of the utility model numbered TR201905430 and titled "Flexible Bullet Path". This invention; It is about the flexible bullet path that is used to feed ammunition to rotary turreted firearms on all kinds of military mobile vehicles, and which can be placed in infantrymen's backpacks thanks to its light weight, and which feeds infantrymen's firearms from ammunition boxes. It is the system that feeds the bullets of automatic firearms. As a result, the need for a connection system that eliminates the disadvantages of the current technique and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. Brief Description of the Invention The present invention is an automatic gun that meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages, a flexible and semi-closed gun consisting of individual plastic parts, from the bullet casing in the bullet box positioned in the backpack to the bullet feeding unit of the gun. It is about a connection system that brings it through the road. Based on the known state of the technique, the aim of the invention is to eliminate time losses during ammunition replacement and alleviate the burden on the personnel's arms, thanks to the developed connection system. The purpose of the invention is to enable the user to be mobile and to fire more ammunition at a time against enemy elements by carrying the ammunition box on his back in the connection system. Another purpose of the invention is to provide the user with more time to prevent enemy elements from moving to the desired area in a hot conflict environment, thanks to the connection system and the user being able to fire more ammunition. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that the user can use ammunition as much as the gun barrel allows at a time, and to eliminate the need for an assistant to use it, thanks to the connection system's flexible bullet path and connecting the bullet box to the gun. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that the firing power of each individual personnel is maximized. Another purpose of the invention is to provide an advantage in terms of weight thanks to the flexible bullet path being made of plastic-based material. Another purpose of the invention is to enable the ammunition box and the gun to be separated from the gun without much effort, without wasting time and without the need for additional equipment, thanks to the latches contained in the flexible bullet path. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that it is possible to understand how much ammunition is left in the ammunition box thanks to the hollow structure next to it. The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures given below and the detailed explanation written by making references to these figures, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanations into consideration. The bullet box (300), located in the connection system (100) shown in Figure-1, is inside the backpack and can also be used externally and can store up to 800 bullets depending on the bullet size. One end of the flexible bullet path (200) is connected to the outlet of the ammunition box (300) in the backpack with the ammunition box connection apparatus (400). A gun connection adapter (600) is attached to the gun so that the flexible bullet path (200) can be connected to the gun. The other end of the flexible bullet path (200) is attached to the gun connection adapter (600) that is connected to the gun via the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500). The said gun connection adapter (600) and flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) are mounted on the flexible bullet path (200) using the connection interfaces of plastic individual parts (210). The jersey strip in the said bullet box (300) passes through a flexible and semi-closed bullet path (200), which is 1-1.5 meters long and can be lengthened/shortened according to the user's needs without the need for an additional device, passing over the shoulder or under the arm, depending on the user's usage habits. is passed and the first bullet is placed in the bullet feeding unit of the gun. As the gun fires, its own feedback power moves the ammunition strip in the bullet box (300) within the flexible bullet path (200) and ensures that the ammunition reaches the bullet feeding unit of the gun each time when the trigger is pressed one by one or when a rapid fire is made. The ammunition box (300) shown in Figure 2, where the ammunition is stored and carried in the backpack, is designed to contain 500-800 bullets for different bullet sizes. When the bullets overlap, the position of the bullet cores changes due to the weight created. For this reason, there is an angled piece (310) for the inner bottom of the bullet box (300) to correct the position of the bullets and ensure proper feeding. The hinge lock (350) is positioned to lock the lid (380) of the ammunition bag located in the said ammunition box (300). The box body (370), which forms the bullet box (300) shown in Figure-3, is formed by welding the box sheet (371), which consists of two twisted sheet metal parts. It can be seen how much ammunition is left inside through the gap-shaped openings (360) on the surface of the bullet box (300). At the top of the bullet box (300), there is a cylindrical mechanism barrel (340) that rotates around a cylindrical mechanism bushing (330) and prevents the bullets from getting stuck while leaving the bullet box (300), and a cylindrical mechanism bushing (330) that supports the cylindrical mechanism roller (340). This mechanism ensures that friction is minimized and a comfortable flow occurs as the swimsuit advances during shooting. The said cylindrical mechanism pulley (340) and the cylindrical mechanism bushing (330) rotate around the pin (320) which serves as a hinge so that the cover (380) of the bullet box (300) can be opened and closed. The said pin (320) is fixed by means of a washer (321) and nut (322). The ammunition bag cover (380) can be opened from one side and locked with the help of a hinged hinge lock (350). The said cover (380) consists of the cover body (381) consisting of twisted sheet metal, the cover socket (382) which is mounted on this body by welding and which provides the connection of the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) located at the end of the flexible bullet path (200) to the bullet box (300) and the bullet. It consists of belt fastening handles (383) to which the belt is connected, making it easier to carry the box (300). It is made possible to move and carry the ammunition box (300) by means of a strap attached to the strap fastening handles (383) placed in the middle part of the cover (380). There are two cover sockets (382) on the cover (380) at the level of the said cylindrical mechanism pulley (340) and the cylindrical mechanism bushing (330). This cover socket (382) is designed for the ammunition box connection apparatus (400), which allows the flexible bullet path (200) to be connected to the ammunition box. It completes the connection between the bullet path (200) in the ammunition box connection apparatus. The ammunition box connection apparatus (400) shown in Figure-4 serves as a bridge by providing the connection between the bullet box (300) and the flexible bullet path (200). There are two sockets (420) on the edges of the said ammunition box connection apparatus (400), which provide connection to the flexible bullet (200) and are connected to the socket slot (230) on the plastic single piece (210). There is a spring latch (470) on the sides of these sockets (420), which serves as a locking mechanism and allows the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) to be connected to the ammunition box (300). The said sockets (420) are mounted on the connection apparatus body (410). The latch spring (460), which enables the movement of the latch (470) in the clip mechanism, is placed inside the said latch (470), and the entire structure is positioned inside the socket (420), and a latch pin (430) that serves as a hinge by allowing the latch (470) to rotate, is attached to these parts. passed through the holes. The said latch pin (430) is fixed using the cotter pin (440). The created spring latch (470) mechanism is mounted on the connection apparatus body (410). By pressing the latches (470) located on the connection apparatus socket (450), which enables the said ammunition box connection apparatus (400) to be attached to the ammunition box (300) and connected to the cover socket (382), the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) is placed in the ammunition box (300) and further Then the pegs (470) are released. The latch tabs (480), which are located on the released latches (470) and connect to the cover socket (382), come over the socket slots (230) and fix the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) to the ammunition box (300). When you want to remove the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) again, the latches (470) must be pressed. Otherwise, the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) cannot be removed from the ammunition box (300). This position also ensures that the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) remains connected to the ammunition box (300). The single plastic piece (210) on the edge of the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) shown in Figure 5, which will be connected to the flexible bullet track (200), has a structure similar to the bullet track socket (220). Thanks to this structure, the individual plastic part (210) can be easily attached to the ammunition box connection apparatus (400). Before this structure, there is a C piece (680) made of metal material fixed to the ammunition box connection apparatus (400). The said c part (680) ensures that the bullets travel somewhat straight at the exit of the bullet box (300). The said ammunition box connection apparatus (400) is located on the flexible bullet path (200). It is used to separate the flexible bullet path (200) from the bullet box (300) if desired. When the user wants to reload bullets into the bullet box (300), he presses the latches (470) of the ammunition box connection apparatus (400) connected to the flexible bullet track (200), separates the flexible bullet track (200) from the bullet box (300) and loads the ammunition. The flexible bullet path shown in Figure-6 is designed for mayo passage by providing the connection between the gun connection apparatus (500), the flexible bullet path (200) and the gun connection adapter (600). The said flexible bullet path is similar to the gun connection adapter (600), the bullet box (300), and the ammunition box connection apparatus (400). The connection apparatus latch spring (530), which enables the movement of the connection apparatus latch (540), is positioned within the connection apparatus latch (540) parts shown in Figure-7, which enable the flexible bullet path weapon connection apparatus (500) to be attached to the weapon connection adapter (600). The parts of the said connection apparatus latch (540) are placed inside the gun connection apparatus socket (520), which enables the flexible bullet path weapon connection apparatus (500) to be attached to the weapon connection adapter (600) and connected to the adapter socket slot (690), and the connection apparatus latch (540) The connection apparatus latch pin (550), which acts as a hinge by allowing it to rotate, is passed through the holes of these parts. The said connection apparatus latch pin (550) is fixed using the connection apparatus cotter pin (560). The created spring connection apparatus latch (540) mechanism is mounted on the gun connection apparatus body (510). By pressing the mounting apparatus latches (540) located on the gun mount sockets (520), the flexible bullet path weapon mounting apparatus (500) is placed on the gun mounting adapter (600) and the mounting apparatus latches (540) are released. The connection apparatus latch tabs (570), which are located on the remaining connection apparatus latches (540) and connected to the adapter socket socket (690), fall on the adapter socket socket (690), and the weapon connection apparatus sockets (520) are placed on the adapter socket sockets on the weapon connection adapter (600). (690) and the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) is fixed to the gun connection adapter (600). When you want to remove the mentioned flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) again, the connection apparatus latches (540) must be pressed. Otherwise, the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) cannot be removed from the gun connection adapter (600). This position also ensures that the flexible bullet path weapon connection apparatus (500) remains connected to the weapon connection adapter (600). There are rectangular gaps (580) on the edges of the said flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500). The rectangular spaces (580) shown in Figure-8 have been opened so that the ears of the individual plastic part (210) can be attached to the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500). The said rectangular spaces (580) have the same function as the socket slots (230) found in the plastic individual parts (210) and provide the connection of the plastic individual parts (210) and the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500). The said flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) stands connected to the flexible bullet path (200), and when the user wishes, he can remove the flexible bullet path weapon connection apparatus (500) from the gun connection adapter (600) and release the flexible bullet via the latches of the connection apparatus (540). He can continue shooting by loading his jersey without path (200). The said flexible bullet path (200) transfers the bullet from the bullet box (300) to the gun, is designed for different bullet sizes and is formed by attaching the plastic individual parts (210) shown in Figure-9 without the need for any equipment, allowing stretching, elongation, shortening and It is an apparatus with torsion properties. Each of the individual plastic parts (210) forming the said flexible bullet path (200) has a C shape. Each of the plastic individual parts (210) has 2 bullet path sockets (220) and 2 socket slots (230) that enable connection with the other plastic single part (210). Thanks to the said bullet path socket (220) and socket slot (230), plastic individual parts (210) can be assembled to each other. The area where the swimsuit will move has been designed to prevent the swimsuit from causing any snagging. The socket slots (230) are designed as a pool, so that when the plastic individual parts (210) are mounted to each other, the end parts of the bullet path sockets (220) are not visible from the other side of the plastic single part (210). The fact that the ends of the said bullet path sockets (220) do not extend to the other surface also prevents the flexible bullet path (200) from getting stuck on any object during use. The middle space (240), which remains in the middle due to the C form of the plastic individual parts (210) and allows them to be conveyed from the bullet box (300) to the gun by holding one end of the trunk, allows the trunk coming from the bullet box (300) to be advanced to the feeding unit of the gun. Thanks to this middle space (240), the user holds the swimsuit from one end, moves the swimsuit along the bullet path and brings it to the feeding unit. The said bullet path sockets (220) extend from the side of the plastic individual piece (210), while the flexible bullet path (200) lengthens and shortens with the back-and-forth movement of the bullet path socket (220) in the socket slot (230), maintaining the alignment of the plastic individual parts (210) and ensuring the mayon movement. It is positioned on two half-ears (250) that ensure its continuity. The inner side of the mentioned side ears (250) is designed according to the flow direction of the swimsuit and does not cause any snagging while the swimsuit moves. At the bottom of the plastic individual parts (210), there are two lower ears (which ensure the continuity of the trunk movement by maintaining the alignment of the plastic individual parts (210) while the flexible bullet path (200) lengthens and shortens with the back-and-forth movement of the bullet track socket (220) in the socket slot (230). 260) is positioned. Said lower ears (260) serve as guides during the assembly of the plastic individual parts (210) to each other, and at the same time prevent the formation of gaps due to the stretching of the flexible bullet path (200), preventing the bullets in the jersey strip from getting stuck between the two plastic individual parts (210). The said bullet path sockets (220) are attached to the semi-lugs (250) next to the plastic single piece (210), with a semi-cylindrical structure (270) that allows the flexible bullet path (200) to move more easily without getting stuck in the socket slot (230) during its circular movement. has been contacted. There is a rectangular bullet path socket (220) on the said semi-cylindrical structure (270). After these rectangular bullet path sockets (220) enter the socket slots (230), which are also rectangular in structure, the semi-cylindrical structure (270) moves horizontally in the channel inside the socket slot (230). Extension, shortening and rotation movements in the flexible bullet path (200) are provided thanks to this structure. Since the difference in size between the socket housing (230) and the bullet path socket (220) is very small, the plastic individual parts (210) are prevented from unintentionally separating from each other. The gun connection adapter (600) shown in Figure-10 is designed for the passage of trunks between the flexible bullet path (200) and the gun. It is mounted on the weapon with the connection system (100) designed based on the connection mechanism located in the trigger area of the automatic weapon to be used. The lower connection part (610) of the adapter is designed according to the connection interface of the gun. The side parts (620) mounted on the lower connection part (610) are in the form of the letter 'L' since the gun connection mechanism and the bullet feeding unit are not on the same axis. In this way, the flexible bullet path (200) and the bullet feeding unit are positioned in the same alignment. It has adapter socket slots (690) on it, which enable the flexible bullet path gun connection apparatus (500) to be connected by connecting the gun connection apparatus socket (520) and the connection apparatus latch (540). The C part (680), which provides planar movement, is connected to the side parts (620). The C piece (680) and the gun attachment body (510) ensure that the bullets are aligned horizontally and enter the gun. The adapter socket slots (690) on the said weapon connection adapter (600) are formed for the attachment of the weapon connection apparatus latch tabs (570). In order to mount the weapon connection adapter (600) to the weapon, pressure is applied to the correct mating point and the adapter nails (670) on the weapon connection adapter (600) are placed on the connection point of the weapon. Thanks to the spring (630) located behind the adapter nails (670), which allows the gun mount adapter (600) to be connected to the gun together with the lower connection piece (610), continuous pressure application of the adapter nail (670) is ensured. The said adapter nail (670) moves within the nail slot (660). Thus, it is ensured that the movement is axial.
