State of the Art In steels suitable for enamel coating, in addition to the forming properties, corrosion resistance and weldability of enamel steel, the hydrogen permeability value is expected to be at a sufficient level to prevent coating defects that may occur at the enamel-steel interface. The coating on the metal material surface after enamel coating is extremely sensitive and the coating performance varies depending on both the enamel coating process and the steel properties. Nowadays, steels suitable for enamel coating are mostly D001 EK, DCO4EK, DCOSEK, in accordance with the mechanical values specified in the EN10209 (cold rolled steels suitable for enamel coating) standard, and in accordance with EK (conventional enamel coating) or ED (direct enamel coating) in terms of coating method. , DCOGEK, DCOSED. DCO4ED, DCOGED grades are produced. In addition to these qualities, there are also special different enamel steel qualities, such as hot-rolled enamel steels, depending on the properties expected from the material to be enamelled and the features depending on the part to be produced. In addition to the expected shaping and coating properties of the specified steel qualities, the ability to retain hydrogen in the internal structure is also important in terms of the quality of steels suitable for enamel coating. Casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing conditions in the steel production process, as well as shaping and baking (curing) processes applied to the final product, affect the secondary phases (carbides, nitrides), precipitates, inclusions and dislocations in the internal structure of the steel material, and this causes variability in the hydrogen permeability value. gives. It is known that for a good enamel coating performance, the hydrogen permeability coefficient of the steel material suitable for enamel coating should be lower than 2x10'5 cm2/sec. In current technology, inclusions/precipitates in steel can be viewed under an optical microscope, scanning electron microscope or transmission electron microscope, depending on their size, and the amount of inclusions/precipitates per unit area can be counted manually or automatically. This type of information is important in terms of correlating it with the hydrogen permeability coefficient. It is known that there is a relationship between the amount of inclusions per unit area and the hydrogen permeability coefficient, but it is not specified how to reveal this relationship in terms of method. In these studies, evaluations are made on a single inclusion type. This situation is not sufficient to determine the hydrogen permeability of the entire material. The subject of the invention is related to a method that performs analyzes with a holistic approach for all inclusion types per unit area of the entire material and can be directly linked to the hydrogen permeability diffusion coefficient. Technical Problems That the Invention Aims to Solve The present invention relates to a method for correlating the amount of inclusions/precipitates per unit area with the hydrogen permeability coefficient, which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and/or brings some additional advantages. Fish scale defect occurs in enamel coated steel materials with low hydrogen permeation resistance. Fish scale: It is a coating flaking problem that occurs in a half-moon shape on the enamel layer. The moisture (HZO) present in the oven penetrates the enamel-steel interface. By dissolving (HZO), oxygen is used in steel-enamel bonding reactions. Atomic hydrogen diffuses into the steel and then forms in the form of H2 gas as a result of the combination of atoms. The solubility of hydrogen in steel increases with increasing temperature. During cooling, the solubility of hydrogen in steel decreases. Hydrogen moves towards the enamel-steel interface, with excessive Hz saturation, Hz molecules form the defect with the local pressure effect. Precipitates and inclusions in the steel material break and form micro cavities after some metallurgical processes applied to the material. In the enamel coating process, as hydrogen solubility decreases in the cooling phase after the firing temperature, an increase in the mobility of hydrogen occurs. In particular, in order to prevent fish scale formation, hydrogen must be confined to micro cavities in the internal structure of the steel material. In this context, analyzing all precipitates and inclusions present in the structure is important in determining the number of micro cavities that will be formed. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the size distribution by calculating the amount of inclusions and precipitates per unit area and determine its effect on the hydrogen permeability value. The main subject of the invention is to calculate the amount of inclusions/precipitates, which is of critical importance in terms of the hydrogen permeability value of the steel material suitable for enamel coating, and to correlate it with the hydrogen permeability coefficient. Another problem that the invention aims to solve is that while in the current technique, individual precipitates/inclusions are characterized and evaluated, the inclusion analysis of the material subject to the invention is carried out based on the total amount of inclusions/precipitates by using advanced characterization methods. Figure 1: Flow Diagram Description of the Invention In this explanation, the subject of the invention; It relates to a method for correlating the amount of inclusions/precipitates per unit area with the hydrogen permeability coefficient in steels suitable for enamel coating. Steel samples suitable for enamel coating must be prepared metallographically. These preparations are cutting, polishing, sanding and polishing, respectively. The samples are first reduced by cutting and then placed into round-section bakelite. The samples in Bakelite are sanded in several stages using abrasive sandpaper. After the sanding process, the polishing process is carried out with the same technique by using polishing cloth and injecting appropriate solutions into these cloths. After the metallographic preparation of the relevant steel samples is completed, the inclusion precipitate type, size, amount and distribution are automatically performed on new generation electron microscope-based devices equipped with image processing software. After the relevant steel sample to be examined is placed in the device, coordinates are defined to cover a minimum area of 5 mm2. These analyzes are performed by taking advantage of the contrast difference between steel and inclusions/precipitates. When the contrast difference is above a certain threshold value, at this point chemical analysis is performed with the EDS method and the elemental result obtained is correlated with the inclusion/precipitate type in the device library. When the specified area is completely scanned, each inclusion/precipitate in this area is detected and type (TiN;Titanium Nitride, Ti4C2SZ;Titanium CarboSulture, TiC;Titanium Carbide, Ti-Al;Titanium-Aluminum Oxide, TiS;Titanium Sulphide, MnS;Manganese Sulfur) is determined. , size, quantity and distribution information are given. After the inclusion/precipitate counting is completed in the relevant samples, hydrogen permeability coefficient measurements are made. Hydrogen permeability coefficient measurement is carried out electrochemically. The dissolved hydrogen in the solution in the electrochemical cell clings to the sample surface and passes from one surface of the sheet material to the other surface along the cross-section, depending on the concentration difference. The amount of hydrogen passing is measured by the hydrogen sensors of the device, and when the hydrogen flow is completed, the transition time and hydrogen diffusion coefficient (cmzlsec) are automatically calculated by the device. Measurements are performed by defining steel type and thickness information to the device. The inclusions/precipitates in the steel material suitable for enamel coating are broken after a number of metallurgical processes applied to the material and micro cavities are formed. In this context, all inclusions/precipitates present in the structure become areas where hydrogen atoms will be trapped. Therefore, there is a connection between the amount of inclusions/precipitates and hydrogen permeability. In the relevant steel sample, the number of inclusions/precipitates per unit area (mm2) and the hydrogen permeability coefficient (cmzlsn) are associated with a mathematical model, and with this model, the hydrogen permeability coefficient (cmzi'sn) has a 10% margin of deviation depending on the change in the number of inclusions/precipitates in the unit area. It can be calculated with . Method of Application of the Invention: Hydrogen-induced defects in steels suitable for enamel coating cause a defect called fish scale on the coating surface. The hydrogen that causes the error must be trapped in the voids in the inclusion/precipitate areas within the steel. In this way, the formation of the defect will be prevented. For this reason, a connection must be established between the amount of inclusion/precipitate and the hydrogen permeability coefficient. Subject of invention; It relates to a method for correlating the amount of inclusions/precipitates per unit area with the hydrogen permeability coefficient in steels suitable for enamel coating. Metallographic preparation of steel samples suitable for enamel coating to be examined, cutting them down to size, removing bakelite, sanding and polishing. Counting the amounts per unit area depending on the inclusion and precipitate types in polished samples by electron microscopy.
