Abstract

Buluş, mikroakışkan sistemlerde kullanılmak üzere geliştirilmiş ve elektromanyetik etkiyle çalışan bir mikropompa ile ilgilidir. Mikropompa, mikroakışkan yapının sıvı giriş portuna monte edilebilir ve silindirik bir yapıda olup, bir sıvı haznesi ve iki dairesel diyaframdan oluşmaktadır.
