Abstract

Buluş, nanodisk yapılı plazmonik nanoparçacıklar kullanarak nanodisk yapılı plekzitonik nanoparçacık sentez yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Elde edilen hibrit nanoparçacıklar yarı plazmon ve yarı ekziton özelliği gösterirler. Buluşta belirtilen plekzitonik kolloidler hem plazmonik parçacıkların ve hem de ekzitonik yarıiletken quantum nanoparçacıklarının veya ekzitonik boyaların optik özelliklerini aynı anda gösterirler. Bundan dolayı plazmonik ve ekzitonik yapıların kullanıldığı birçok güneş hücreleri, biyosensörler, enerji transferi, lazerler, LED gibi alanlarda kullanılabilirler.
