Abstract
Orofaringeal bölge muayenelerinde daha geniş görüş alanı yaratmak ve dili aşağıya bastırmak suretiyle ağız içi ve farinksin daha kolay görünmesini sağlamak için kullanılan abeslang (dil basacağı)'ın dilin altını da muayene edebilecek şekilde yeniden tasarlanması ve tasarlanan bu buluşun gövdesinde bir açı oluşturmak suretiyle bir ekartöre dönüştürülmesi, bu ekartörün uygun materyalden yapılarak yeni teknoloji cerrahi teknikler ile birlikte kullanılabilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
