Abstract
Mevcut buluş, bir aydınlatma yüzeyi ile birlikte bir kavşak ile bağlanan bir katot (11) ve bir anot (12) içeren bir fotovoltaik hücre (10) içeren fotovoltaik etkili bir transistör ile ilgili olup, söz konusu fotovoltaik hücre (10), bir gerilime tabi tutulmaktadır, gerilimin en yüksek seviyesi (+Va), katoda (11) bağlanmaktadır ve gerilimin en alt seviyesi (-Va) anoda (12) bağlanmaktadır, söz konusu fotovoltaik hücreye (10) bağlanan bir yükte (Rc) dolaşan bir akım (Ic), söz konusu fotovoltaik hücrenin (10) bir aydınlatmasıyla, aydınlatma yüzeyinin bir aydınlatılmış yüzey alanıyla ve tüm aydınlatma yüzeyi aydınlatıldığında, bir referans aydınlatma altında söz konusu fotovoltaik hücrenin (10) verimini gösteren bir faktörle orantılıdır.
