Abstract
Bir çekirdek ve bir kılıf içerenyüksek bant genişliğine sahip, kıvrılmaya duyarsız çok modlu optik fiber burada açıklanmaktadır. Çekirdeğin kırılma indisi profili, bir parabol şekline sahip olmakta ve bunun dağılım indisi, (?) olmaktadır. Çekirdek, 23 ila 27 ?m?lik bir yarıçapa (R1) sahip olmaktadır. Çekirdeğin merkezi pozisyonunun maksimum bağıl kırılma indisi farkı (?1max), %0.9 ila %1.2 olmaktadır.Çekirdek, germanyum (Ge)-flor (F) eş katkılı silisyum dioksit cam tabakasıdır. Çekirdeğin merkezi pozisyonu, minimum flor katkısı miktarına sahip olmakta ve flor içeriğinin kütle yüzdesi (CF,min) olmaktadır. Çekirdeğin flor içeriğinin kütle yüzdesi, fonksiyona göre yarıçapla birlikte değişmektedir. Kılıf, içten dışa doğru ardışık bir şekilde iç kılıf, kanal kılıf ve dış kılıfı içermektedir. Açıklanan optik fiber, bant genişliği performansını iyileştirirken bant genişliği ? dalga boyu duyarlılığını azaltabilmektedir; yalnızca mevcut OM3/OM4 çok modlu optik fiberlerle uyumlu olmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda 850 ila 950 nm?lik dalga boyu aralığına sahip dalga boyu bölmeli çoğullama teknolojisini de desteklemektedir ve bu da optik fiberlerin iletim kapasitesini etkili bir şekilde arttırmaktadır; ve mükemmel kıvrılmaya duyarsız olma özelliklerine sahip olmaktadır ve erişim ağı ve mini boyutlu optik cihazlara uygulanabilmektedir.
