Buluş, meyve ve sebzelerin depolama sırasında bozulmasını önlemek amacıyla karnuba wax ve şellak kullanılarak farklı stabil formülasyonlar kullanılarak geliştirilmiş, tamamen yenilebilir, kaplama solvent ile ilgilidir.The invention relates to a fully edible, coating solvent developed using different stable formulations using carnuba wax and shellac to prevent the spoilage of fruits and vegetables during storage.
