Abstract

Bu buluş, omurga cerrahisinde kullanılan, operasyon sırasında omurlar arasına yerleştirilen genişleyebilir kafesi (K) tercih edilen miktarda açarak omurlar arası mesafenin tercih edilen şekilde ayarlanmasını sağlayan bir açıcı aparat (1) ile ilgilidir.

ISTEMLER
1. Omurga cerrahisinde kullanilan, operasyon sirasinda omurlar arasina yerlestirilen genisleyebilir kafesi (K) dikey eksende tercih edilen miktarda açarak omurlar arasi mesafenin tercih edilen sekilde ayarlanmasini saglayan, - operatörün temasta bulundugu ve üzerine bir kuvvet uyguladigi en az bir - en az bir üst yüzey (31) içeren, kafes (K) üzerinde bulunan bosluk (B) içerisine yerlesen ve gövde (2) üzerine döndürücü bir kuvvet etkimesi ile birlikte dönme hareketi yaparak kafesin (K) hareketli parçasinin (H) dikey eksende hareket etmesini saglayan ve genel olarak kama geometrisinde olan en az bir hareketlendirici uç (3), - sinüzoidal bir forma sahip olan, kafes (K) içerisinde bulunan uzantiya temas eden, hareketli parçanin (H) dikey eksende hareketi esnasinda hareketli parçanin (H) uzantisi ile temas halinde olan ve operatör tarafindan uygulanan döndürücü kuvveti uzantiya aktaran en az bir üst yüzey (31), - gövde (2) üzerinde bulunan ve operatörün gövdeye (2) kuvvet uygulamasini saglayan bir tutucu elemanin gövde (2) üzerine sabitlenmesini saglayan en az bir çikinti (4) ile karakterize edilen bir açici
2. Silindirik bir geometriye sahip olan, operatörün üzerine bir kuvvet uyguladigi, uygulanan kuvvet etkisi altinda dönen ve kendisi ile birlikte hareketlendirici ucu (3) da döndüren gövde (2) ile karakterize edilen istem 1,deki gibi bir açici
3. Kafes (K) içerisinde bulunan bir uzantiya temas eden ve hareket esnasinda üzerine gelen kuvveti uzantiya aktararak hareketli parçanin (H) tercih edilen yönde hareket etmesini saglayan hareketlendirici uç (3) ile karakterize edilen istem l,deki gibi bir açici aparat (1).
4. Gövde (2) üzerinde bulunan ve birbirine paralel sekilde konumlandirilmis iki adet tercihen dikdörtgensel geometride çikinti (4) ile karakterize edilen istem lldeki gibi bir açici aparat (1).
