Abstract

Bu buluş hidrolik kaya kırıcıda geliştirme ile ilgilidir. Hidrolik kaya kırıcılarda kullanılan darbe emici üst ve yan takozlarında yapılan geliştirmeler sayesinde aşınma parçalarının kullanım ömrü artırılmış ve böylece tamir-bakım maliyetleri önemli oranda azaltılmıştır. Ayrıca oluşturulan yeni yapı sayesinde aşınma parçalarının değişimi ve tamir-bakım işlemleri için hidrolik kaya kırıcıların sökülüp takılması kolaylaştırılmış ve bu sayede işçilik maliyetleri önemli oranda azaltılmıştır. Hidrolik kaya kırıcıda yapılan geliştirmeler neticesinde daha mukavemetli bağlantı noktaları oluşturulmuş ve yapısal değişiklilerin de etkisi ile kullanım sırasında karşılaşılan kırılma ve çatlamaların önüne geçilerek uzun ömürlü bir ürün elde edilmiştir.The present invention relates to development in hydraulic rock breaker.
