Bu cihazı uygulama yöntemlen, ısıtma aracı olarak basınçlı buhar koyulduğu takdirde, enerji tüketiminin her zamanki yönteme kıyasla %45'in uzennde bır oranda azalmasını sağlamaktadır.This equipment combines two important devices. The second device RE maintains a portion of the energy generated from the evaporation of the feed for heating by means of a steam ejector Ejv, which is a vapor ejector located between two heat exchangers. Completed with an intermediate column C, this device allows the production of alcoholic beverages in a single or two passes. The methods of applying this device ensure that energy consumption is reduced by more than 45% compared to the usual method if pressurized steam is introduced as heating means.
