Abstract

Buluş konusu, daha düşük ısıl iletkenliğe ve uygun su emme değerine sahip karolar ve bu 5 karoların üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir.Buluş konusu karoların bünye yapılarına, yüzeylerine dokunulduğunda ılık algılanmalannı sağlayacak şekilde ısıl iletim katsayısının düşürülmesi ve aynı zamanda uygun su emme değerlerinin elde edilmesi amacıyla Mg içeren manyezit,magnezyumlu killer veya MgOCİ2 gibi katkı malzemeleri eklenmiştir. Buluş kapsamında karo bünyesine üretim aşamasında köpüklenme için eklenen katkı malzemelerine ilave olarak eklenen Mg içerikli katkı malzemeleri sayesinde köpüklenmenin olduğu ortamda iyi bir sin terleme hızı sağlanarak uygun su emme değerleri elde edilmiş ve ayrıca sıvı fazın viskozitesi azaltılarak, oluşan hava boşluklarına dışarıdan uygulanan basıncın azaltılması ile oluşan gözeneklerin bozulmaması sağlanmıştır. Buluş kapsamındaki yöntem ve bu yöntem sayesinde elde edilen karoların estetik görünümlerinden hiçbir şey kaybetmeden ılık algılanmaları sağlanmıştır.
