Abstract
Buluş; mevcutta bal süzme aparatlarıyla yapılan bal süzme işleminde el ile peteklerin ters yüz edilmesi işlemini ortadan kaldıran bal süzme aparatıyla ilgilidir. Şöyle ki; tankın (1) içinde bulunan peteklerin (11) üzerinde taşındığı altıgen gövdenin (4) çevrilmesiyle oluşan merkezkaç kuvveti ile peteklerin (11) dış tarafmda bulunan bal süzülmektedir. Peteklerin (11) el değmeden çevrilerek diğer tarafındaki balın süzülmesini sağlamak, diğer deyişle peteğin (11) ters düz dönüş hareketleri için altıgen gövdeye (4) bağlı petek tutucu gövdelerin (8) üzerinde bulundukları hareket çemberine (10) bağlı hareket kolları (9) oluşturulmuştur.
