Anlık mesajlaşma (Instant Messaging - İM) robotlannı (28)barındırma ve bu robotların (2B) hâlihazırda kullanılan veya ileride kullanılacak olan anlık mesajlaşma ağlarında (39 hizmet vermesini sağlayan bir sistem ve bir model sağlanmıştır. Bahse konu olan robotlar belirli bir seviyede yapay zekâ kullanılarak oluşturulmuş yazılımlardır. Patente konu olan sistem ve model anlık mesajlaşma robotlarının (28) tasarlanmasını, uygulanmasını ve hizmete venlmesını büyük ölçüde kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu sistem;robot tasarımlarının, anlık mesajlaşma protokollerinden soyutlayarak, bu protokolleri bilmeye gerek kalmadan anlık mesajlaşma ağlarında (3) çalışacak robotlar (28) tasarlamaya imkân sağlamaktadır.
