Abstract

Bu buluş içten yanmalı motorlarda kullanılan yüksek basınçlı yakıt püskürtme sistemlerinde yer alan enjektör gövdesinin (2) yakıt giriş kanalının (17) basınç odasına (5) açılan bölümünde oluşan ve yorulma dayanımı açısından en kritik bölgeyi oluşturan keskin kenarlı köşenin (29) birleşim açısını (30) genişletmeyi sağlayan bir yapı ile ilgilidir. Yakıt giriş kanalı (17) enjektör gövdesinin tepesinde (18) küçük çapla başlayıp (19) basınç odası (5) birleşim kesitinde (20) daha geniş bir çapa (21) ulaştığı için birleşim köşesinin (29) açısı (30), alışılagelen enjektör gövdesindeki (1) silindirik yakıt giriş kanalının (12) basınç odası (6) ile birleşim köşesindeki (16) açıdan (31) daha büyük olmaktadır. Bu ise günümüz uygulamasındaki silindirik yakıt giriş kanalına (12) göre daha geniş açılı (30, 31), keskinliği azalmış ve daha az narin bir birleşim köşesi (16, 29) elde edilmesini sağlamaktadır. Böylece konik yakıt kanalının (17) basınç odası (5) ile birleşim köşesinde (29) yüksek yakıt basıncı etkisi altında daha az gerilim birikimi olması sağlanarak enjektör ömrünü ve yakıt basıncını kritik kesitte kırılma olmaksızın artıralabilmek mümkün olacaktır.
