Abstract

Bulus, ayrica termostabil tioredoksin ve/veya tioredoksin redüktaz ekspresyonu yapan yeni transgenik bitkileri de temin eder.The invention provides new grain processing methods that utilize thioredoxin and / or thioredoxin reductase to increase the ability and recovery of grains, especially corn and soybeans, to remove starch and protein. The invention also provides novel transgenic plants that express thermostable thioredoxin and / or thioredoxin reductase.
