Abstract

Memelilere deri alti enjeksiyonu ile verilmeye farmakolojik olarak uygun nitelikte ve uzun raf ömrüne sahip bir terapötik sodyum asetilsalisilat bilesimi olup, esas itibariyle sodyum asetilsalisilatin tamamen anhidroz seklini içeren bilesimin, hidrasyon suyundan su buharinin olusumu oranina tekabül eden bir oranda hidrasyon suyunun sodyum asetilsalisilat dihidrattan ayristirilmasi sonucu olusturulmakta ve monoklinik pelletler biçiminde elde edilmektedir. Bu tür sodyum asetilsalisilatin raf ömrü 2-3 yildir, ve sonunda oda sicakliginda üç yil bekledikten sonra %97 ve %100 saflik sergilenmektedir.
