Abstract

A- A metal clamp with double joints and consists of two parts, and a resistance protector are fixed each other on a dryer. Cartridge resistor of 60 Watt is placed in the resistance protector. Resistance protector is fitted on spiral section of the capillary tube. Asbestos coated metal plate is screwed on the condenser with a resistor of 1,000 Watt. A timer is mounted on the frame parallel to the operating circuit of compressor. A heat between 50 degrees C - 1,000 degrees C is applied to the capillary tube by the resistor. At the end of 24 hours running time, 220 Volt power is supplied to the resistor for 20 minutes. B- Capillary tube is welded on the evaporator inlet. A flexible resistor of 50 Watt is attached on the exchanger. Power is applied to the flexible resistor from second contact of thermostat. C- Capillary tube is ejected from exchanger and carried to the back wall of evaporator. It is connected to return pipe by a pipe with a diameter of 3/16 that extends from dryer outlet to the capillary tube inlet.(CONTINUED)
