Kullanici bilgisayara yazi, rakam, karekter vb. türü bir veri girmek istediginde normal bir daktilo klavyesi kullaniyormus gibi parmaklarini isaretlenmis tus bölgelerinin üzerine getirip, bastirir. Klavyenin veri gönderecegi bilgisayarda ya da bilgisayarli sisteme takili bulunan bir kamera araciligiyla kullanicinin klavye üzerinde parmaklarini bastigi tuslar bilgisayarda yapay görme teknikleri kullanilarak taninmakta ve algilanmaktadir.
