Abstract

a) Plazminojen aktiflestiricisi trombin tarafindan ayristirilabilecek ve böyle bir ayristirma ile iki halkali formuna geçirilebilecek sekilde degistirilmis olan, b) simojenitesi t-PA'a karsilik en az faktör 1.2'den büyük olacak sekilde degistirilmis olan ve c) fibrin bagi plazminojen aktiflestiricisi bir kan pihtisina % 50'den daha fazla nüfuz edecek kadar indirgenmis olan bir plazminojen aktiflestiricisi (t-PA), gelistirilmis bir fibrin spesivitesi ve daha cüzi yan etkiler göstermektedir.a) The plasminogen activator has been modified to be separated by thrombin and can be transformed into a two-ring form with such a separation, b) has been changed to be at least a factor greater than 1.2 for the simogenicity t-PA, and c) a fibrin-binding plasminogen activator.
