Abstract
Mevcut bulus mineral yünü için bir baglama maddesi ile ilgili olup, sözkonusu baglama maddesi en az fenol reçinesi ile islatilabilen termoplastik bir homo- ya da kopolimer, en az bir fenol reçinesi ve en az bir alevden koruyucu madde ihtiva etmektedir. Ayni sekilde alevden koruyucu maddenin bir parçasi metal -oksidnanojel ve/veya cam tozu ile degistirilebilmektedir. Bu türde baglayici maddeler düsük sicaklikta eriyen elyaflar mineral yün ürünlerine islenebilmekte, burada söz konusu maddeler örnek olarak yangindan korucu maddeler olarak DIN 4102, kisim 5'e göre 90 dakikaya kadar bekleme sürelerine sahip olmaktadirlar.The present invention relates to a binder for mineral wool, the binder containing at least one phenolic resin, a thermoplastic homo- or copolymer, at least one phenolic resin, and at least one flame retardant.
