Abstract

Çamasir makinesi program cihazi dönüs açisina göre su yönlendirici mekanizmasinin uygun pozisyona gelmesini saglayan kam (1) ile yikama sirasindaki yikama programinin hangi adimda oldugunu gösteren gösterge parçasi (2) tek parça olarak yapilmistir. Bu birlesme sonucunda kalip sayisi, montaj isçiligi, parça sayisi ve malzeme sarfiyati azaltilmistir. Iki parçanin birlestirilmesi sonucunda çamasir makinesi ön panosundaki gösterge parçasini (2) tutan tirnaklarin iptal edilmesi saglanmis ve pano kalibi basitlestirilmistir. Ön pano iç yüzeyi ile parça baglanti saci arasindaki mesafe azaltilmis ve bu iki parçanin birlestirilmesi sonucunda kazanilan yere, daha önce panoya yerlestirilmesi mümkün olmayan, "push & pop up" dügme yerlestirilebilmistir.
