Abstract

Tablet haline getirilmis deterjanlar, hidratlanmis bir fosfat kenetleyici, kostik, serbest su ve seçime bagli olarak dolgulardan, ürünlerin birlestirilmesiyle ve tabletlerin veya deterjanin 50 C'lik bir sicakligi asmasina izin vermeden bunlarin tablet haline getirilmesiyle olusturulurlar. Dolgularin ilave edildigi tercih edilen bir düzenlemede, serbest suyun tümü, hem susuz hem de hidratlanmis fosfat kenetleyicilerle birlestirilir. Suyun, kenetleyiciler tarafindan emilmesinden sonra, dolgu ve kostik ilave edilebilir ve deterjan tablet haline getirilir. Serbest su, fosfatlardaki hidratlama suyunun reaksiyona girmesini ve bu suretle olusturulan tabletleri zayiflatmasini önleyecek sekilde sicakligi 50 C'den düsük olarak muhafaza ederek, susuz kostikle hizli bir reaksiyona girmemesi için fosfat kenetleyiciye siki bir sekilde baglanir.Tableted detergents are created from hydrated phosphate chelators, caustic, free water, and optional fillers, combining products and tabletting them without allowing the tablets or detergent to exceed a temperature of 50 ° C. In a preferred embodiment in which fillers are added, all of the free water is combined with both anhydrous and hydrated phosphate chelators. After the water is absorbed by the chelators, filler and caustic can be added and the detergent is tabletted. The free water is tightly bonded to the phosphate coupler so that it does not react quickly with anhydrous caustic, keeping the temperature lower than 50 C to prevent the hydrating water in the phosphates from reacting and thereby weakening the tablets formed thereby.
