Abstract
Kovalent bagli haptenler (steroid hormonlari) tasiyan zayif protein antijen ve hidrofobik yan gruplarla yüklenmis polikatyonik polielektrolitten olusan üç ögeli polielektrolit kompleksler, geleneksel adjuvanlar olmaksizin yüksek proteinve hormon-spesifik immünogenlige sahip ollduklari gibi tek bir immünizasyonun ardindan gerçeklestirilen füzyonlarla, hormon-spesifik monoklonal antikorlarin gelismesinede imkan verirler. Polikatyonik polielektrolitin bilesimindeki hidrofobik yan gruplar, polikatyon-antijen kompleksi partiküllerinin stabilitesini ve bunun bir sonucu olarak immünogenligi etkin bir sekilde artirda.
