- ข้อถือสิทธฺ์ (ทั้งหมด) ซึ่งจะไม่ปรากฏบนหน้าประกาศโฆษณา :ขอถือสิทธิในแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งได้แก่รูปร่างลักษณะของขวดนมเด็กเฉพาะแต่ในส่วนที่มีลักษณะพิเศษคือ ฝาส่วนบนสำหรับใส่หัวนมยางติดอยู่กับฝาครอบและฝาครอบดังกล่าว ตรงด้านข้างของตัวขวดมีที่จับคู่หนึ่งซึ่งยึดติดกับตัวขวดเมื่อฝาครอบปิดแน่น และถอดออกได้เมื่อเอาฝาครอบออก นอกจากนี้ขนาดของเส้นฝ่าศูนย์กลาง และความยาวของขวดไม่แตกต่างกันมากนัก
