Abstract

The DC60 water pump features a crucial new design element: the stator. This stator prevents backflow into the suction pipe. A second key aspect is the redesigned hydraulic system, which powers the pump shaft using an engine or electric motor. The hydraulic pump sends hydraulic oil through the lines to drive the hydraulic motor, which then uses this torque to rotate the pump shaft. The shaft then rotates the impeller, drawing water into the pump.

1. The water pump consists of a pump housing, which is a cylindrical pipe (10). The bottom end is a suction port (21) for water to flow into the pump (10). An impeller 1 sucks the water in and throws it out to the side, passing it through the stator lobes (7). There are also stator lobes (2) that prevent the water from flowing back out the same way. 2. The water pump, according to right 1, has a bottom cover (4) which serves to prevent water from flowing out through the bottom. There is a cover (5) that prevents water from flowing out of the pump housing (10) and forces the water to flow through the discharge pipe (13) to the pipe opening (14). 3. EMll water pump according to the rights in clause l, the lower shaft is attached to the centrifugal impeller 1 so that the impeller rotates with the shaft (3). There is a bearing attached to the shaft, and the bearing housing (20) is welded together. The stator plate (22) and the stator disc (22) are welded to the pump housing (10). 4. Water pump. When the hydraulic motor is running, the shaft of the hydraulic motor causes the water pump shaft to rotate along with the impeller. When the impeller rotates, it will draw in water (21). The water is then passed to the stator (7) and will flow through the discharge pipe (14) for further use.
